    BAB I KRITERIA DESAIN DAN PENJELASAN UMUM

    PROYEK : GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT ULTIMA MEDIKA

    LOMBOK LOKASI : JL.Majapait Nusa Tenggara Barat

    1.1 Spesifikasi Bangunan

    Bangunan yang direncanakan adalah bangunan gedung 8 lantai ditambah dengan 1 lantai basement. Fungsi bangunan untuk rumah sakit, berlokasi di JL.Majapait Nusa Tenggara Barat, dengan data ketinggian sebagai berikut: No Lantai Tinggi tingkat dari base

    Sistem struktur atas terdiri atas pelat lantai, balok anak, balok induk, kolom dan sebagai sistem struktur penahan gempa terdiri atas portal dan dinding geser. Sistem struktur bawah terdiri atas pondasi tiang pancang jack-in pile diameter 45cm kedalaman 10 m dari muka tanah setempat. Perencanaan pondasi berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah berupa 3 titik sondir dan hasil pengujian laboratorium.

    1.2 Peraturan dan Standar

    Perencanaan struktur bangunan ini menggunakan peraturan, standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku di Indonesia, sebagai berikut : 1) Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung,

    SNI_0328472002 2) Tata Cara Perencanaan Pembebanan untuk Rumah dan Gedung,

    SNI_03-1727-1989-F 3) Standar Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung,

    SNI_03-1726-2002 4) Tata Cara Perencanaan Bangunan Baja untuk Gedung,

    SNI_03-1729-2002.

    1.3 Spesifikasi Mutu Bahan Struktur Mutu bahan yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut :

    1) Mutu beton struktur kolom, dinding, pelat lanati, balok, pile cap: K300 2) Mutu beton struktur pondasi tiang pancang PC : K500 3) Mutu baja tulangan :

    fy=400 Mpa (ulir, d 10mm); fy=240 Mpa (polos, d < 10mm)

    1.4 Pembebanan Beban yang diperhitungkan meliputi : beban mati, beban hidup dan beban gempa.

    1) Beban Mati : Beban mati akibat berat sendiri struktur, beban finishing, beban plafon dan beban dinding dan beban lain yang melekat pada struktur diperhitungkan sesuai dengan Tata Cara Perencanaan Pembebanan untuk Rumah dan Gedung, SNI_03-1727-1989-F. Beton bertulang = 2400 kg/m3 Beton polos = 2100 kg/m3 Baja = 7850 kg/m3 Dinding bata = 250 kg/m2 Mortar = 2000 kg/m3 Air = 1000 kg/m3

    2) Beban Hidup : Beban hidup yang ditinjau dalam perencanaan rumah sakit adalah sebagai berikut :

    Kantor, hospitalroom qL = 250 kg/m2 Lobby qL = 300 kg/m2 Corridor, tangga qL = 300 kg/m2 Ruang peralatan medis qL = 400 kg/m2

    Dalam analisa struktur terhadap prosentase beban hidup yang ditinjau adalah sebagai berikut :

    Pada perhitungan pelat lantai : 100 % Pada perhitungan akibat portal sistem struktur akibat gempa : 30%

    3) Beban Gempa : Analisis beban gempa dengan respon spektrum dari analisa dinamik dan analisa statik ekuivalen mengikuti Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung, SNI 03-1726-2002. Lokasi bangunan di Surabaya termasuk dalam zone 3 dalam Peta Wilayah Gempa Indonesia (SNI-1726-2002). Dengan faktor keutamaan I=1.4 dan faktor reduksi gempa R=6.5.

    1.5. Sistem Struktur

    Sistem struktur bangunan terdiri dari elemen struktur : pelat, balok, kolom dan dinding geser beton bertulang. Sistem pelat lantai menggunakan pelat two way dan one system beton bertulang dengan balok di tepinya. Sistem struktur penahan gempa teridiri atas portal dan dinding geser. Jarak bentang arah X adalah 8.00m, jarak bentang arah Y adalah 5.00m.

    1.6. Sistem Pondasi Dalam perencanaan gedung bangunan ini dipakai pondasi tiang pancang diameter 45cm dengan kedalaman tiang -30.00m dari muka tanah asli atau setempat. Daya dukung ijin satu tiang : Diamter D=45cm; L=30m; P ijin = 100 ton. Untuk kondisi pembebanan gempa, daya dukung tiang dinaikkan 150% dari nilai daya dukung ijin. Kombinasi beban yang ditinjau untuk perencanaan pondasi adalah :

    1.7. Tahapan Perencanaan

    Prosedur atau tahapan perencanaan yang dilakukan dalam perencanaan struktur atas dan struktur pondasi bangunan ini adalah sebagai berikut : a) Penentuan ukuran-ukuran elemen-elemen struktur dengan perhitungan-

    perhitungan standar sesuai SNI. b) Analisa 3-D struktur atas dengan untuk beban mati beban hidup dan beban

    gempa. c) Penentuan gaya yang bekerja pada masing-masing kelompok pondasi. d) Penentuan jumlah tiang pondasi yang dibutuhkan pada masing-masing

    kolom. e) Penulangan pile cap dan tie beam. f) Penulangan balok dan kolom dengan memperhitungkan kombinasi beban

    seperti yang disyaratkan.

    1.8. Analisa Struktur 1.8.1 Analisa Struktur untuk Beban Gempa

    Dalam analisa struktur, pengaruh adanya retak sepanjang bentang komponen struktur dan durasi beban, besaran penampang ditentukan sesuai dengan Pasal 12.11.1 SNI_03-2847-2002, dimana prosentase efektifitas penampang untuk : Kolom : 70 % Balok T : 35 % Modulus elastisitas sesuai dengan mutu beton yang digunakan, E= 4700fc'.

    Dari hasil analisa ragam getar bebas 3 dimensi didapat mode-1 dominan translasi arah-Y , mode-2 dominan Rotasi-Z, dan mode-3 tTranslasi arah-X. Waktu getar alami adalah T1=1.1092 detik tidak melampaui batasan 0.18*jumlah tingkat ( 0.18*11= 1.98 detik). Tabel 1 : Waktur Getar Alami dan Modal Participating Mass Ratio

    Gaya geser dasar nominal (sebagai respons ragam yang pertama) dihitung berdasarkan persamaan :

    C = adalah nilai faktor respons gempa, Wilayah gempa = 3 T = adalah waktu getar alami I = adalah faktor keutamaan , digunakan I = 1.4 R = adalah faktor reduksi gempa; portal dengan dinding geser R=6.5 Wt = adalah berat total gedung termasuk beban hidup tereduksi

    Hasil gaya geser dasar analisa dinamis ragam spektrum respons dikalikan dengan faktor skala :

    Faktor Skala = 0.8 V1 / Vt > 1 dimana,

    V1 adalah gaya geser dasar nominal sebagai respons dinamik ragam (mode) pertama Vt adalah gaya geser dasar nominal yang didapat dari hasil analisa ragam respons spektrum

    Gaya geser rencana yang diperoleh kemudian dibagikan ke masing-masing lantai sebanding dengan massa tingkatnya, beban gempa nominal statik ekuivalen Fi rencana yang bekerja pada masing-masing lantai didapat dari selisih gaya geser tingkat antara tingkat yang dibawahnya dengan tingkat di atasnya.

    1.8.2 Eksentrisitas Pusat Massa Tambahan Menurut Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung, SNI_03-1726-2002, eksentrisitas pusat massa terhadap pusat kekakuan yang harus ditinjau dalam analisa struktur terdiri dari eksentrisitas aslinya (ex dan ey) ditambah atau dikurangi dengan suatu eksentrisitas tambahan sebagai berikut : Untuk gempa arah - X :

    eyd = 1.5 ey + 0.05 by; atau eyd = 1.0 ey 0.05 by

    Untuk gempa arah - Y: exd = 1.5 ex + 0.05 bx eyd = 1.0 ex 0.05 bx

    dimana by dan bx adalah ukuran denah gedung terbesar diukur tegak lurus arah gempa. Eksentrisitas tambahan yang dihitung menurut rumus-rumus diatas merupakan jarak-jarak penggeseran koordinat pusat massa di dalam data input komputer. Dalam analisa struktur 3 dimensi gedung ini, eksentrisitas tambahan ini diperhitungkan pada waktu memasukkan koordinat pusat massa di tiap-tiap lantai sebagai data input program komputer.

    1.8.3 Kombinasi Pembebanan yang Ditinjau Beban gempa dianggap terjadi bersamaan dalam dua arah yang ortogonal (arah-X dan arah-Y) dan dikombinasikan dengan beban gravitasi sebagai berikut :

    1.8.4 Penulangan Portal dan Perencanaan Kapasitas

    Dari analisa struktur 3 dimensi akibat kombinasi pembebanan yang paling menentukan (dengan cara kombinasi envelope) didapatkan gaya-gaya dalam (momen lentur, momen puntir, gaya normal dan gaya geser) pada setiap elemen struktur. Perhitungan penulangan balok dan kolom beton bertulang dilakukan dengan sudah memperhitungkan perencanaan kapasitas (strong column weak beam).

    2.2. Penulangan Pelat Lantai Perhitungan Momen Pelat

    2.3 PERHITUNGAN BALOK Perhitungan balok dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer, dimana hasil-hasilnya disajikan dalam lampiran. Sedangkan manual perhitungan sebagai berikut :

    2.4 METODE ANALISIS

    Model struktur berupa : titik, batang dan beban. Sistem struktur yang digunakan adalah struktur frame ruang . Distribusi gaya-gaya dari balok anak ke balok induk atau antara balok anak dengan balok anak lainnya (termasuk balok list plank) dilakukan secara otomatis dengan program komputer berdasarkan kekakuan dimensi masing-masing. Beban dari atap atau tangga dimodel sebagai beban terpusat dan merata.

    Analisis struktur yang dikerjakan untuk mendapatkan : Gaya-gaya ujung batang dan reaksi tumpuan (M, V, P, R) Deformasi titik simpul sistem elastis linier.

    Sedangkan Disain Struktur dikerjakan untuk mendapatkan : Tulangan yang diperlukan. Kontrol dimensi penampang.

    Proses perhitungan analisis dan disain struktur menggunakan program komputer SANSPRO V.4.80.

    Kasus Beban yang ditinjau adalah :

    Load Case - 0 : Berat sendiri struktur (self weight) Load Case - 1 : Beban mati : bs.pelat, plafond, finishing, dinding, dll. Load Case - 2 : Beban hidup Load Case - 3 : Beban gempa bumi arah X Load Case - 4 : Beban gempa bumi arah Y

    Sedangkan sistem kombinasi beban yang ditinjau terdapat 9 kombinasi.

    BAB III PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR PONDASI

    PROYEK : RUMAH SAKIT GRAHA ULTIMA MEDIKA LOMBOK

    LOKASI : Jl. Majapahit Nusa Tenggara Barat 3.1 LAPORAN PENYELIDIKAN TANAH

    Perencanaan struktur pondasi (struktur bawah) bangunan rumah sakit Graha Ultima Medika Lombok berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah yang telah dilakukan di lokasi pekerjaan. Penyelidikan tanah berupa 3 titik sondir serta hasil penyelidikan laboratorium berupa soil properties, direct shear test, analisa saringan dsb.

    3.2 SISTEM PONDASI

    Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah di lokasi rencana bangunan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Dari data sondir :

    Kedalaman 0.00 s/d -3.00.00m tanah lunak. Tanah sedang -4.00 s/d -8.00 m sedang qc=50-100 kg/cm2 Tanah keras qc>150 kg/cm2 pada kedalaman mulai -11.00 m Jumlah hambatan pelekat 0.00 s/d -6.00m JPH=500 kg/cm Jumlah hambatan pelekat 0.00 s/d -11.00m JPH>900kg/cm

    Berdasarkan besarnya beban yang bekerja dan kedalaman tanah keras (lebih dari 11.00 m), maka dipilih sistem pondasi tiang pancang kedalaman -12.00 m dari muka tanah eksisting.

    3.3 ELEVASI-ELEVASI

    Bangunan yang direncanakan adalah bangunan gedung 5 lantai. Adapun elevasi-elevasi yang berkaitan dengan struktur pondasi adalah sebagai berikut :

    3.4 PERHITUNGAN DAYA DUKUNG PONDASI

    Daya dukung pondasi dihitung dengan rumus :

    Qu : daya dukung batas pondasi tiang; Qd : daya dukung dasar tiang Qg : daya dukung gesekan tiang Qijin : daya dukung ijin tiang W : berat sendiri tiang FK : faktor / angka keamanan = 3

    Dari data sondir, untuk pondasi tiang diameter d=45cm : - Kedalaman -12.00 qc > 150 kg/cm2; dipakai nilai konus qc=130 kg/cm2 - Kedalaman -12.00 JHP=900 kg/cm2

    Qd = qc*Ab = 130*0.25*3.14*45^2 = 206 650 kg = 206.65 ton. Qg = JHP*O = 900*3.14*45 = 127170 kg = 127.17 ton W = (31-3.5-1.5)*232 = 6 032 kg = 6.03 ton. Qijin = (Qd + Qg)/FK W

    = (206.65 + 127.17)/3 6.03 = 105.24 ton

    Daya dukung ijin tiang pancang PC spun (wika) Pijin = 149.5 ton Kesimpulan : Daya dukung pondasi diambil nilai terkecil : Pijin = 105.24 ton 100 ton =====================

    3.5 EFFEK GROUP KELOMPOK TIANG

    Effek group kelompok tiang diperhitungkan dengan angka efisisensi kelompok tiang, dihitung dengan rumus atau persamaan Converse-Labarre sebagai berikut : Eg = 1 - (n1)m+(m1)n90 m n

    dimana : Eg = efisiensi kelompok tiang

    = arc tan(d/s) dalam derajat d = diameter tiang; s = jarak tiang n = jumlah tiang dalam baris m = jumlah tiang dalam kolom

    Berdasarkan jumlah tiang 4 dan 5 buah, d=45cm; s=3*d=3*45cm = 135cm; maka diperoleh efisiensi kelompok tiang sebesar 0.75 s/d 0.80.

    Tegangan Geser : vu = Vu/(*b*d) =2*100000*0.80/(0.70*225*140) = 7.26 kg/cm2 < 5*vc = 5*0.53(249) = 39.75 kg/cm2 dimensi cukup
