Employee self service homepage includes the following tiles:
• Personal Details – Provides access to new Fluid page where users can view or update their personal information.
• Time – Provides access to new Time Entry (mobile) application that allow users to enter time, sick leave, or vacation time. Ability to view weekly time and balances.
• Pay – This tile will allow the employees to view their paycheck.
• Benefits – Allow users to review a summary of their enrolled benefits and access to life events and open enrollment.
• Total Rewards – Allow users to access their total rewards information.

Manager self service homepage includes the following tiles:
• My Team – Managers can view relevant information about their direct/indirect reports and take appropriate HR actions (Promote, Appraise, Approve etc). Managers can view the team information either using business card view or list view.
• Team Time – Provides summary view of employee’s time exceptions, location information, absence requests and balances. Managers can request absences on behalf of their team members.
• Team Learning – Helps managers to view the team’s enrollment and completion of learning courses.
• Open Jobs – Allow managers to view all of their current openings and the statistics related to fulfillment of the job.

• Team Performance – Allows managers to access current and historical performance documents for the organization.
• Team Performance Status – Pivot grid analytic depicting the completion status of current performance document for the manager’s organization.
• Absence Analytics – Displays reported absence by absence type for the team members and allow the managers to approve the reported time using related actions.
• Approvals – Managers can view the approval requests in queue, filter or sort by different criteria, approver or deny requests and see history of approvals.

Guided Self Service Transaction for Managers
• Guided Self Service provides a configurable solution to combine multiple Manager Self Service Core HR transactions into a single compound process.
• PeopleSoft is delivering the following compound transactions out of the box: Promote Employee (with pay), Transfer Employee (with pay), Full/Part Time Status Change and Adhoc Salary Change.
• Organizations can combine any of the following Self Service transactions and create their own guided process. Request Reporting Change, Transfer Employee, Promote Employee, Request Location Change, Change Full/Part Time status, Retire Employee, Terminate Employee and Adhoc Salary Change.
• Transactions requiring approval are routed to the approver based on the approval workflow configuration.

• PeopleSoft Mobile Approval offer customers the ability to unify approvals across products and pillars in one place using intuitive user interface.
• Ability to approve transactions one at a time or approve more than one transaction at a time (Mass Approval).
