•Just 11% of companies reported an increase in employment at the management level in the final three months of 2008. 46% reported cutting jobs.

•Only 27% of companies reported adding hourly employees in Q4

•45% of companies posted a decrease in management turnover. 26% reported increases

•69% of companies saw decreasing hourly turnover rates

•40% of companies expect to reduce their hourly workforce with just 24% planning increases
