FOR CONDUITSWITH AN INTERNAL DIAMETER OF MORE THAN 2 IN, THE INSIDE RADIUS OF A BEND INCONDUIT SHALL BE AT LEAST 10 TIMES THE INTERNAL DIAMETER. PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 1-1/2 INCH EMT CONDUIT FOR EACH A/V DEVICE (UNO).
METALLIC PATHWAYS 3 FT OR GREATER IN LENGTH SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BONDINGREQUIREMENTS OF ANSI/TIA-607.
FOR CONDUITS WITH AN INTERNAL DIAMETER OF 2 IN OR LESS, THE INSIDE RADIUS OF A BEND INCONDUIT SHALL BE AT LEAST 6 TIMES THE INTERNAL DIAMETER. FOR CONDUITS WITH ANINTERNAL DIAMETER OF MORE THAN 2 IN, THE INSIDE RADIUS OF A BEND IN CONDUIT SHALL BEAT LEAST 10 TIMES THE INTERNAL DIAMETER. BENDS IN THE CONDUIT SHALL NOT CONTAIN ANYKINKS OR OTHER DISCONTINUITIES THAT MAY HAVE A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON THE CABLESHEATH DURING CABLE PULLING OPERATIONS.

PULL BOXES:PULL BOXES SHALL BE READILY ACCESSIBLE. PULL BOXES SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN AFIXED FALSE CEILING SPACE UNLESS IMMEDIATELY ABOVE A SUITABLY MARKED ACCESSPANEL.
A PULL BOX SHALL BE PLACED IN A CONDUIT RUN WHERE:• THE LENGTH IS OVER 100 FT;• THERE ARE MORE THAN TWO 90º BENDS, OR EQUIVALENT; OR• THERE IS A REVERSE (U-SHAPED) BEND IN THE RUN.

PROVIDE METALLIC CONDUITS WITH INSULATED BUSHINGS AT TERMINATIONS.
