front of your daughter, if you drinkcoffee and give milk only to yourdaughter how she will take!
Children are very fond of repeatingthe things done by their parents!Hence in your house, make all ofyou drink milk only including thedaddy, mummy, grand mother, grandfather and whom so ever available!
In front of your daughter they shouldpraise the taste of milk and drinkmilk only.
Then she will slowly attract towardsmilk and start drink milk on her own.
This method I adopted in my house
and got succeeded. You can also try.
...Jv_66 @ Jayanthy Some children don’t like to drink milk.
You can encourage her to drink milkby telling that, she could have strongbones and teeth if only she isdrinking milk and its products.
Tell her that she could play all thegames, study well, have lengthy
hair, could see properly, and biteeverything very well if she is drinkingmilk and other healthy foods.
You can tell her that if milk is nottaken, then if she is biting any hardthings, her teeth would be affectedand it may pain.
Even after telling these, if she isreluctant to drink milk, then you cantry the following.
Soak the Cereals like Kellogs, Corn-flakes with different shapes, in plainmilk. After few minutes, remove theextra milk from the bowl (due towhich she may object to eat).
You can make Oats porridge withmilk without adding water (instead ofwater, use milk), add some sugar orhoney in it and give it in solid form.
You can makeragi porridge with milk
(instead of water), and give it in solidform, along with sugar.
You can mix the milk with naturalfruit juices and give her.
By these way, the milk will could beincluded in her diet which will behealthy.
Does drinking milk affect her in anyway? I am asking this, because, veryfew children may be LactoseIntolerant, for whom the intake ofmilk will not be digested and theymight have loose motions or some
allergy like rashes, due to drinkingmilk. They have to be tested for this.
If nothing like this happens, thenyou need not worry about this.Proceed with the abovesuggestions.

Do try Soy milk, Rice milk , Almondmilk . These are alternatives to dairymilk used for lactose intolerantpeople. Their nutritional values differ. Also if child has nut allergy can’t givealmond milk. So research beforegiving these.
If she likes Yoghurt /Curd then youcan instead encourage her toconsume the same either plainly oras lassi , or fruit yoghurts.
Try giving cheese , paneer etc .
These are all milk products only. Home made milkshakes with fresh
fruits. Homemade ice creams withfresh fruits, Homemade custard withfruits etc are also other ways to givemilk. Just be wary of added sugars.
Do not focus on drinking milk alone. If you do so she may be put offtotally.
Instead try and give it to her in otherforms or hidden in foods that sheconsumes.
As per Central Government rules, awoman is entitled to 4% months’ paidmaternity leave. She is also allowed totake any leave due to her after thatperiod. Working mothers canbreastfeed the baby when she is athome and breastfeed more often
during holidays. When she is at work, expressed breast milk, mashedbanana and other fruits, homemadesoft foods, and beaten curds orbuttermilk can be given to the baby. Ifessential, artificial milk can also begiven.
Expressed breast milk can be stored
for at least 4 hours at roomtemperature without getting spoiled. Avoid bottle feeding. Babies easily getused to taking milk directly from asmall glass or a bondla.
A tragic situation arises when themother introduces the bottle in the firstweeks after delivery for the
baby ‘to get used to thebottle’. As the process ofsucking through the artificialnipple of the bottle isdifferent from suckling at thebreast, the baby may startpreferring the bottle andavoid breastfeeding. Thismay lead to failure in
breastfeeding.
Is it true that green motionsmean that the baby is not
getting enough milk?
Not really. If the baby is active andpasses urine normally, the greenmotions are normal. The so-called‘starvation stools’ are seen in anemaciated child who passes traces ofgreen mucus in place of normal stools. This baby does not gain weight andlooks miserable.
Is allergy to mother’s milk common? Allergy to cow milk or powder milk isquite common, but not allergy to breastmilk. That is why we advise exclusivebreastfeeding for 6 months. In the firstmonths of life, the baby’s intestines arenot fully matured and foreignsubstances present in cow, buffalo or
powder milk may enter the system ofthe baby through the immatureintestine. Such babies are more proneto allergic diseases like allergic milkintolerance with severe vomiting anddiarrhea and allergic rash, asthma oreczema.
Have you been thinking that ashampoo that gives good lather/foam
is a best shampoo? I used to assumethat the more foams a shampoomakes, the best it is… But its wrong!! Actually this lore has been widespreadfor a while here. Do you know whysome shampoos give morelather/foam?? It’s because of SLScontent in them.
SLS – Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, It’s aneffective cleansing agent, whichbasically means a “Detergent” that ispresent in a wide range of personalhygiene products including shampoos/floor cleansers. Yup it cleans only thesurface of anything that’ll be touchedby it.
SLS is a harsh chemical on the hairand scalp, our hair & scalp absorbs
everything we put on it. These sulfatesnot only will make your hair fall out, butalso dry out your hair and scalp. Oneof My good friends said that when yousmell a shampoo that contains SLSand get some of this product in yournose, it’ll cause your nose burn and insome cases even bleed.
Yup it’s very important to know whatwe’re using on our hair. A good thing isthat you can overcome all the damageby switching to a sulfate freeshampoo. So which shampoo do youuse? SLS based or non SLS based?

Step 1: Soak the thread in salt water for some time.Leave it to dry. Repeat this two to three times.
Step 2: Now tie this thread to the ring and suspendit. Ask someone to burn the thread from the middle.
The ring will not fall. Perfect the trick by practicing, but do not perform where there is a strong windcurrent.
When an apple fell on Newton'shead, he formulated the law ofgravity. According to this law, everyobject is attracted towards the centreof the earth with a force called thegravitational force.
But if Newton were to see this ringsuspended in mid-air without any
support, one wonders what he wouldhave done.
Things Needed: 1. A ring2. Cotton thread3. Matchbox4. Salt
Safety first - Safety of the collapsedperson as well the person trying to help.So if on a road ensure no risks of furtherinjury to either person.
Remember electrical accidents. Alwayscheck if safe to approach.
Be aware and take care not to causeneck injuries. But this should not stopyou from helping someone.
Call for help... ring for ambulance.
Due to reasons of hygiene and spreadof blood borne diseases if you do notwant to give mouth to mouth resus, it isfine. But at least start cardiaccompressions.
After ensuring that it is safe to approachthe collapsed person, try and shout toget their attention. Hello, are you there?
Are you ok etc... try and talk close to
their ears or gently shake the shoulders. If non responsive, check for signs ofbreathing, i.e chest rising and falling...placing ears close to nose to hear andfeel breath.
யரவ ப இலமஉணவ இத (Cardiac arrest as aresult of Heart attack) நம அவகஎவ உதவ எபகல.
If you know to check pulse, checkCarotid Pulse. If not sure about this, it isok. Just start chest compressions.
If you have not been trained in CPR orare worried about giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to a stranger, youcan do chest compression only (orhands only) CPR.
To carry out a chest compression: Place the heel of your hand on the
breastbone at the centre of the
person’s chest. Place your otherhand on top of your first hand andinterlock your fingers.
Using your body weight (not just yourarms), press straight down by 5 – 6cm on their chest.
Repeat this until an ambulancearrives.
Try to give 100-120 chestcompressions a minute.
Some clarifications regarding Chestcompression:For the CPR to be effective it has to behard and fast... i.e... ‘Hard’ meanspushing on the chest to a depth of 5 cmto 6 cm, and ‘fast’ means 100-120compressions a minute, roughly thesame speed as Stayin’ Alive by the BeeGees.
How long do you do CPR?Rescuers should continue to deliverHands-only CPR until professional helparrives and takes over, or they becomeexhausted. You can also stop chestcompressions if the casualty showssigns of regaining consciousness, suchas coughing, opening their eyes, speaking, moving purposefully, as wellas breathing normally. Ideally, if there ismore than one rescuer they shouldswap over every two minutes until adefibrillator arrives to prevent tiredness.
Hands-only CPR will help keep someoxygenated blood going to the brainbefore a defibrillator arrives and is animportant link in the chain of survival.
Hands-only CPR works best when anambulance arrives within a few minutes. But even when help takes longer toarrive, Hands-only CPR is better than noCPR, so carry on until an ambulancearrives.
If there are other injuries what takes
priority?Cardiac arrest takes priority overanything else, so yes. If you don’t giveHands Only CPR then you are reducingthe chance of the casualty surviving. Itmay seem a difficult decision but savingsomeone’s life takes priority over otherinjuries.
I gave only CPR broad over view. I have
not gone into technical details orintricacies. My aim is for a person to beable to help a collapsed individual untilappropriate medical help arrives.

ம டஸ After marriage can't continue their
friendship by all women. Women may behouse wife, or working woman... anything...but can't give more importance to theirfriends. Because women have lot of workschedule in their home & office. Also want tomanage the relation with family. So theymay wish to see, to speak, to meet, to invitetheir friends. But can't do in real life. Girlrelation may be allow by them (some friendsonly...not all girl friends) But boys can't. If
any boy friends related to her husbandrelation, then no problem, else it'simpossible.

கத ரIt's difficult to maintain the friendship aftermarriage. Focus on life is changed to family
and commitment and responsibilities aregetting increased. Eventhough hough wethought to maintain time will not be there orthe situation in the family will not be good.
Yes, after marriage friends circle iscontacting and maintaining each other.
Both of them they know, what theresponsibility are and works depends uponthem after marriage. So whenever theyhave times contact each other.
After marriage time is tide schedulebecause new relationship and new born,
health, festivals... everything in this
marriage bond and also contact with friendsis possible in our generation. Now a day,
we have a lot of facility in technology. So itis easy to touch with friends. After marriagealso... communication is easy now a day,but meets to directly is difficult one after
marriage. After marriage, it is not possible
to go out with friends. Communicationthrough mobile and online is possible one.
