Introduction In our view, there are broadly two different types of exchanges: the ones that dealwith automated trade engines, trade exchanges and the other ones that dealexchange happens between two people through escrow and private online chat, peer to peer market place. It is the second one that we will focus on. Even thoughthey are small now, we strongly believe that p2p marketplace platform will beconsistently strong in revenue generation though multiple sub product models byattracting all payment type buyers and sellers around globe. Its business model isvery flexible and operational even in strict crypto restriction law environment.
They will play a key important role in world crypto finance and we call thisFinlocale ; Finance with local trust & global reach(experience).
With your help, Finlocale will build a world-class peer to peer crypto marketplace, powering the future of crypto finance world.
MotivationSome of the current crypto exchanges suffer from a number of problems:
Poor Payment Type Support
Most of the exchanges are accepting limited crypto assets or limited fiatcurrencies as payment types. This payment type limitation restrict the buyersand sellers to participate in the crypto revolution.
On Finlocale, our payment type capabilities are unlimited. Buyers and Sellerswith any possible world payment type can connect and do crypto currencyexchange. That will bring real revolution.
Poor customer service
Traders are a different when it comes to users. Understanding the tradermentality is vital for running a successful exchange. Money is literally on-the-line. Many exchanges service traders through predefined scripts, automatedBOTs etc. These service quality is not acceptable in trade platform.
Finlocale is built with service in mind. Finlocale shares support responsibilitiesacross the entire staff and company. When a trader has a problem, they getan answer directly from someone who knows the system and not someonejust reading from a script.
Poor market liquidity
Professional traders and normal users are significantly affected by this.Having a shallow order book means high slippage when trading, which is veryexpensive for traders. Getting miners, institutional investors, large traders andmerchants into a new exchange is a chicken and egg problem, and requires ateam with deep industry resources.
Finlocale’s team have been in both the finance and crypto industry for manyyears. The team has worked on and operated a number of exchanges, andhave accumulated a large network of partners in this space. These partnerswill be key in bootstrapping the exchange.
Poor internationalization and language support
Blockchains have no borders. Most exchanges focus only on one language orone country.
Our international multi-lingual team has extensive working experience inNorth America, Europe and Asia, and we are able to smoothly support theglobal market.
Insecure platform
There are hundreds of exchanges that went down due to being hacked
Finlocale is built to high standards, audited, and penetration tested. We haveexperience building financial systems to the highest security standards andstrive to ensure security first.
Poor technical architecture
Many exchanges are “put together quickly”, by good tech people. They oftenchoose the simplest approach to get the system up and running. While thismay work well in the beginning, as traffic grows, the system will not able tohandle the increased load.
Marketplace systems need to be engineered from the ground up with security, efficiency, speed, and scalability in mind. This often slows down the initialdevelopment, but is critical for long-term success.
Our team has decades of combined experience building and maintainingworld class financial systems. We understand how these systems are builtfrom the ground up.

BTC Market Cap Vs P2P BTC Transaction Volume Analysis1
In the above diagram the red line represents the Bitcoin market cap based on the leftside Y axis in billions USD. the blue line represents the p2p Bitcoin transactionvolume based on the right side y axis. From the graph, even though the BTC marketcap is steady, it shows small growth change pattern at the end of 2017. However,P2P BTC volume shows steady growth pattern and shows no decrease in thegrowth change. This happens due to bring different categories of payment buyers, sellers, merchants, vendors etc.
So, due to the nature of payment type non dependence, there by geographicalfreedom, P2P market place posed to grow consistently with strong growth patterns.
