If you have not received your test results after two weeks, please contact us at (608) 263-6420. PRESCRIPTIONS Before you run out of a prescribed medication, you may renew as follows: 1. Ask your doctor during the appointment 2. Call your pharmacy, who will contact your doctor for you. Please contact your pharmacy at least 48 hours before the medication runs out. He served as a pediatric registrar at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital (England) and completed his pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Special interests include cardiac catheterization and the care of adults with congenital heart disease. Kathleen Maginot, MD Dr. Maginot received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Medical Center, University of Cincinnati. She completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at UCLA Center for Health Services and completed a pediatric electrophysiology and pacing (EP) fellowship at UCLA Children’s Hospital. She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and is among a small number of specialists trained in pediatric electrophysiology and pacing. J. Carter Ralphe, MD Dr. Ralphe received his medical degree from State University of New York Brooklyn. He completed his pediatric residency, internship and fellowship at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Special interests include complex congenital heart defects, cardiomyopathy, and novel diagnostic tools and treatment of pediatric heart failure. Shardha Srinivasan, MD Dr. Srinivasan received her medical degree from Indore University, India and completed her pediatric residency at the Montifiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the New York University Medical Center, New York and a year of advanced fellowship in cardiac imaging at the Children’s Hospital in Boston. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Her special interests include echocardiography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and prenatal (fetal) diagnosis and management of children with congenital heart disease. Allen Wilson, MD Dr. Wilson received his medical degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and completed pediatric residency at Riley Children’s Hospital/Indiana University. He completed pediatric cardiology fellowship training at Children’s Memorial Hospital/Chicago and Children’s Medical Center Cincinnati.
