1. INTRODUCTION:

PEATTS Engineering & Development Company Limited is an integrated company, empowered

with the technical expertise in engineering consultancy and project development advisory

services in power, solid minerals development, steel and environment including advice on

appropriate financing needs and mix for services of clients in these areas.

Our services cover all works relating to setting up of Greenfield as well as Brownfield projects from

concept to commissioning.

3. STRATEGIC SETUP:

Our strategic set up covers our core areas of competence in order to effectively deliver and

guarantee quality services to our clients :

3.1 POWER

PEATTS senior management team has led the development of power projects from concept to

commissioning with hands-on experiences.

The team was involved and participated individually and collectively in the development of the

Zuma Coal to Power Project. The project covering the geological exploration, prospecting, mine

development and mining of the coal the feedstock material for the power generation, the

development of the 1200MW Coal Fired Power Plant proper including all technical, regulatory,

commercial and financial scope.

The team was also involved individually and collectively in the development of the Zuma 400MW

Combined Gas Power Plant covering all technical, regulatory, commercial and financial scope.

PEATTS Engineering and Development Company Limited is involved in the development of Coal

to Power for Ramos Electric Power Limited in Kogi State and Lignite to Power Project in Delta State.

PEATTS senior management team has been involved in many training and workshops on

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of power plants. PEATTS is currently working

with an international company to promote and develop renewable energy under Embedded

Power Generation using solar power generating plants in Nigeria.

3.2 SOLID MINERALS DEVELOPMENT

PEATTS senior management team has participated and led in the development of the solid

minerals projects. Specifically, the Managing Director led the project team at the ETA-Zuma

Group Limited in the geological exploration including drilling and development of the Zuma Coal

Mine at Okoba, Ankpa Kogi State. The team also participated in the geological exploration and

resources estimation of Limestone deposit at Ekinrin-Adde, Gold at Taki, Gold at Zamfara and

Iron at Koton-Karfe amongst other solid minerals development.

3.3 STEEL

PEATTS key management staffs have over 70 years combined experience in the Project

Management, Operations and Maintenance in the Steel Industry. Many of our key personnel

worked in the Delta Steel Plant Ovwian-Aladja and National Iron Mining Company Itakpe both in

Nigeria.

PEATTS through is key management staff is providing technical and project management

advisory services to steel mill around the country.

3.4 ENVIRONMENT

PEATTS focus on environment covers infrastructure such as design, supply and installation of

water supply and sanitation systems, environmental studies and green technology solutions. In

conjunction with one of our strategic partners, PEATTS carries out Environmental Engineering

studies such as EIA, ESIA, EMP, Environmental and Safety Audit, risk/ hazard analysis and disaster

management plans. PEATTS senior management team has led the development of water supply

and sewerage projects from concept to commissioning with hands-on experiences. Such projects

included the Delta Steel Township Water Supply and Sewer Networks of over 150,000 inhabitants

amongst others. The design was done by Lavalin International and construction works by Dumez

France.

7. MANAGEMENT TEAM

ANTHONY A. MADAGUA (M.Sc. Chemical Engineering) Managing Director

Anthony A. Madagua holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lvov State

Polytechnic Institute Lvov Ukraine.

He brings into the organization over 33 years’ experience in Project Management, operations

and maintenance management in the Steel and allied industry and development of power plant

projects. He was until recently the Group Executive Director ETA-Zuma Group West Africa

Limited. He was also one-time the Deputy Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer of the

Delta Steel Company Owvian-Aladja the only operational integrated steel plant in the country.

He attended many on-the job-training in Bhilai Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant in India and

other steel works in Germany. He has also attended management courses in Nigeria and the

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta India.

Engr. Madagua also served as Executive Director (Projects) after the privatization of the Delta

Steel Company to Global Infrastructures Nigeria Limited. He served on the Boards of Directors

of the Delta Steel Company Plc at various times and Global Infrastructures Nigeria Limited. He

was also at a time the Chairman Board of Directors MECON Nigeria Limited- a multinational

engineering consultancy organization.

At the ETA-Zuma Group, he was the team lead for the Coal to Power Project which included

the development of Zuma Coal Mine Okobo, Zuma Limestone Project Ekirin-Adde and the

1200MW Coal Fired Power Plant Project Itobe all in Kogi State. He was also the team lead for

the 400MW Combined Cycle Gas Fired Power Plant in Egbema Imo State amongst other

projects. He is member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. Engr. Madagua has many

publications and an author. He is member of many professional bodies and is happily married

with children.

EZE ONWUKA –B.Sc., CPIN Executive Director Commercial & Risk Management

Eze holds first degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He was until recently the Executive Director General Services of ETA-Zuma Group West Africa

Limited.

He is a certified member of Chartered Institute of Pensioners, member of Nigerian Stock

Exchange and member of Chartered Institute of Bankers. His banking career of over 15 years

spans risk management and control, relationship management and credit administration.

He worked in various banks, including Citizen International bank, First City Monument Bank, and

Bank PHB, rising to the position of Assistant General Manager and Head Risk management.

Eze has attended many courses on Risk Management and brings to board over 20 years work

experience.

He went into private practice in March 2010 before joining the ETA-Zuma Group and now Peatts

Engineering and Development Company. He is married with children.

TOLULOPE ADELIYI (B.Sc. Accounting, M.Sc. Accounting, ACA, ACIT) -Executive Director

(Finance)

Tolu is a graduate of Accounting and a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 16years post

qualification experience acquired in key areas of auditing and investigation, financial accounting,

treasury and financial management, financial analysis and investment evaluation and

recommendation.

He was until recently the Group Head, Finance and Treasury of ETA-Zuma Group West Africa

Limited.

Before joining ETA-Zuma Group, Tolu worked with Hygeia HMO Ltd as Head of Finance, with

overall responsibility for accounting, treasury and financial statutory matters.

In 2008, he joined GTB Asset Management as the pioneer Financial Controller, where he initiated

and set up the finance and accounting system for the organization.

He has also worked in various organizations including Vigeo Holdings Ltd., Scib Nig. & Co. Ltd. as

Head of Treasury Operations and Financial Analyst. Tolu who is well versed in project financing

is a member of various professional bodies including, institute of Chartered Accountants of

Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management. He is

married with children.

PAUL EJAKPOMEWHE ABU BSc. Bus. Admin.- Executive Director Administration

Paul Abu graduated from the University Of Benin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business

Administration in 1999.

Since graduation Mr. Abu has been a trail blazer in the various organizations he has worked

with.

He initiated, coordinated and actualized the first Automated Inventory Reorder System (AIRS)

in Mipakiel Limited. He also superintended the planned growth of the company ensuring that

all stated objectives, aims and targets translated to the overall growth of the company within a

very short period of 5 years.

Paul worked in the various departments of the company as Business Development Manager,

Head Planning & Coordination amongst others. He was at one time in charge of corporate

governance and implementation of management system reviews. He was also one time the

HSE Compliance Officer of the company.

Mr. Abu has attended many training programs on Management, Employee Relations , Safety

and Quality Control/Audit amongst others.

Mr. Paul Abu veered into big time printing having established a printing company with

branches in Owerri and Benin.

Mr. Paul Abu is also a consultant to Coastline Energy Services Limited an oil and gas servicing

major in the country.

Mr. Paul is a prominent political figure in Delta State where he originates from. He is happily

married with children.

ENGR. ANTHONY DICKSON OJIH- Head Electrical

Engr. Ojih has over 35 years of experience as a Professional Electrical Engineer. He graduated

from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)

Second Class Honor, Upper Division in June 1979.

He joined the Delta Steel Company after his NYSC as Electrical Engineer II. He is a trained

Project Engineer having attended a project engineering and design on the job training at the

Metallurgical and Engineering Consultant, (India) Ltd, Ranchi-India.

He participated in the supervision, monitoring and control of the construction of the Delta

Steel Project and after commissioning, joined the plant operation and maintenance division.

He has vast experience in Engineering Design, Plant Operation, Maintenance and Project

Construction.

He rose through the dint of hard work to the position of Chief Engineer (Estate Maintenance)

in 1991 responsible for Operation / Maintenance of Electrical Facilities in the steel township

consisting of one 33/11KV, 15MVA Transformer injection substation, 11/0.4KV power

distribution network with Twenty three (23) numbers 630/500KVA distribution transformers

etc.

He joined the National Assembly Service Commission Abuja in 2005 as Deputy Director (Estate

& Works) overseeing the coordination of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and

Civil Engineering. He retired from the National Assembly Service Commission as Director

(Estate & Works Department) in 2013.

Engr. Ojih is a COREN registered engineer, a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers,

Chartered Engineer of the British Engineering Council, London, Corporate Member, Institution

of Electrical Engineers, London (MIEE) and also holds the Electrical/ Wiring Installation License,

Federal Ministry of Power and Steel Category One. Over the years, he has attended various

courses and training in Lagos and overseas.

OKOJEVOH Roland - Head Civil

Engr. Okojevoh holds an HND and bachelors degree in civil engineering having graduated from

Institute of management of technology Enugu in 1980 and University of Port Harcourt in 2006.

He began his career as Higher Technical Officer in the Delta Steel Company in1981 and rose to

the post of Chief Engineer in 2009. He supervised the construction work of the 4500 units of

staff housing estate which included roads, drainages, culverts , 2000m3 Water Treatment Plant

sewage treatment plant and lift stations and other infrastructural facilities. H also participated

in the various engineering projects in the steel plant

He later joined Beavakon Limited Warri where he supervised many projects under the Niger

Delta Development Commission programmes such as the design and supervision of the

Okpokunu Shore Protection works, construction of Aladja -Esaba Road and development of

location facilities sand filling, internal roads, mud plant foundation, waste pit, drainages and

culverts. He also led the team of engineers for the construction of new Federal Government

Girls College at Oginibo Delta State which included Hostels, Classroom Blocks, ICT center, Admin

Block, Dinning

FAWOLE FELIX ADEOLA MBA HND

General Manager Health Safety and Environment

Felix is a highly motivated, thoughtful and enthusiastic problem-solver with over ten years’

experience in Operational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management in Manufacturing,

Steel, Mining and power sub-sectors of the economy.

Felix worked as HSE officer in Delta Steel Company where rose to the position of Manager Fire

and Safety Department supervising health safety and environment activities with zero tolerance

for accidents and near misses. He led the Department to ISO Certification in the year 2006.

Mr. Felix Fawole later joined Precious Mines & Mineral Processing Company Limited, Osi, Kwara

State in 2008 as General Manager.

In 2010 left to join the Western Goldfields Group Limited with corporate headquarters in Abuja

as Group HSE Manager. He developed the Health, Safety and Environment Management System

(HSEMS) for the Group. He coordinated the EIA processes for the various projects of the Group

which included Gold project, Coal to power project and Marble project all in Kogi state such as

review of EIA reports and coordination of site visits/public hearing/public review meetings on

the EIA reports.

Felix attended many courses in Safety and Quality Management System-ISO 9001

Felix is a member of many professional bodies such as Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals,

Council of Nigeria Mining Engineers & Geo Scientist , Nigerian Metallurgical society- (MNMS)

amongst others. He is happily married with children.
