Peacock Hand-y Craft Make a beautiful peacock decoration. Learn more about peacocks at http://animals.nationalgeographic.com Materials Needed: Printer to print out the body (see next page) 6 sheets blue and/or green construction paper Crayons Pencil Scissors Glue Time to create your peacock! Step 1 – Color the body. Step 2 – Cut out the body. Step 3 – Trace both hands on to each of the 6 sheets of construction paper. For small children trace 34 hands per paper. They will need more hands to cover the peacock. You will have 12 24 hands depending on the size of the child's hands. Step 4 – Cut out the hands. Step 5 – Turn the body over so the colored side is face down. Step 6 – Glue 48 of the hands in an arch around the body. Step 7 – Glue the next 48 hands on to the first set of hands 1/4 1/2 inch from the bottom of the palm. Time to create your peacock!  Step 1 –  Color the body. 

Step 2 –  Cut out the body.
