PE Week Beginning 22nd June Target – 30 minutes of exercise a day during the school day (60 minutes in total) When you’re doing PE at home always remember to make sure you have enough space to exercise safely and keep sipping water as you go especially if the weather is warm. 1. Each day of the week do the daily challenge and email your result to Mr Harber using [email protected] or use the form on the last page to send him all your results for the week. 3. Why not ask your parent or guardian to send Mr Harber a video of you completing one of the challenges? Then it might get featured on the school or Hampshire School Games Twitter feeds.
