You & someone Run 1 lap around gym: • 6. You & someone do 25 sit-ups: • 7. You & someone do a 10 sec. dance: • 8. You & someone do 6 toe touches: • 9. You & someone give your teacher a high five: • 10. You & someone do 25 jumping jacks: • 11. You & someone do a 20 sec. wall sit: • 12. You & someone hand this in to the teacher:
Directions: Find a partner to do the following activities. You must pick a new partner for each activity and may not use the same partner twice! Sign your partner’s after each completed!
Dice Challenge
• DICE ROLL WARM-‐UP EXERCISE • 2 2 Half-‐court bear crawls • 3 3 Minutes running around gym • 4 40 second wall sit • 5 50 line jumps • 6 60 seconds invisible jump rope • 7 Rest • 8 8 Burpees • 9 9 Air squats • 10 10 x 2 Jumping Jacks • 11 11 Push-‐ups • 12 24 Sit-‐ups
Directions: Teacher may decide # of Rolls per class. Students roll both dice and do the exercise that corresponds with the # rolled.
INDY 500
• Directions: • 1. Race cards (attached) will be placed on a side wall in the gym
or bleachers. Cards will be placed on wall in the following order (1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1).
• 2. The race track is outside the basketball court with cones in the corners of the court. Racers must stay outside the cones.
• 2. Students partner up & decide who is partner 1 & partner 2. • 3. Partner 1 lines up at starting line in front of cards while
partner 2 is directly in front of cards spread out along wall. • 4. On the “go” signal, partner 1 will perform the # (Laps) on the
first card, while partner 2 will perform the exercise listed on the bottom of the card the entire time it takes partner 1 to finish the lap(s).
• 5. After the lap has been completed by partner 1, they will cross the finish line and then go tag their partner and switch roles.
• 6. Once both partners finish the lap & exercise on the first card, they proceed to the 2nd card where partner 1 will run 2 laps, while partner 2 will perform sit-ups.
• 7. Once all the cards have been completed (25 laps for each partner), then they have completed the Indy 500 Race!
