• Students are experienced to real world nutrition facts during the health stations.

31 miles in October

• Our staff was given the challenge to walk 31 miles in October. They reported their mileage weekly to Mrs. Bowling. If they completed the task, they received a free t-shirt, sponsored by subway!

• Students researched counter balance and counter tension. They were then challenged to model one of the two.

Communication

• Students were given a picture and had to describe the picture to their partner. The partner was told to draw what they say. At the end, they compared and were shocked with the results.

• We then discussed verbal as well as non verbal communication.
