Kyle Weatherman is a 14-year old racing superstar in only his sixth year in the sport. Kyle is a four time national champion with over 175 victories to his credit.

Kyle won the prestigious USLCI Legend Car Nationals and was crowned the 2011 Legends Pro Division National Champion topping more than 300 of the best driver’s in the country at the all-star event in Las Vegas (NV).

Kyle is also the youngest IMCA Modified winner where he claimed two national victories when he was only 13-years old.

Kyle will race in the Legend Car Series, IMCA Modified Series, and compete in select Dirt Late Model events during 2012. He will also make his first start in the ARCA Racing Series later this summer.

Clayton Weatherman is a 13-year old five-time National Champion with more than 135 victories to his credit in Bandelero and Legend car racing. Clayton will compete in the Young Lions division of the Legend Car Series throughout the 2012 season at racing venues all across the country.

Both boys are 4.0 students in school and love math. Both Kyle and Clayton also enjoy hunting and fishing when not racing.

Both Kyle and Clayton are at home in front of the camera and have become po ised seasoned p ro fess iona ls d e l i v e r i n g i n t e r v i e w s , s p o n s o r messages, and are very interactive with fans, sponsors, and the media.

The bothers will both compete in the prestigious Legends Summer Shootout at Charlotte (NC) Motor Speedway June 12 through August 21. The event brings together top Legend Car racers from across North America and overseas competing every Tuesday night.

They will also compete in The Legends Big Money 100 that returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway July 2-3. The largest grassroots race in history will once again offer the largest Legend Car purse of the year as drivers will battle on the famous speedway's front-stretch quarter-mile oval. The event will feature a day of practice on July 1 and two days of racing, culminating in the Legends Big Money 100 on Tuesday, July 3.

the event, including news releases to all major radio, television, and print media sources in all key markets.

b. Title placement in all post-race news releases.

c. Website presence with personalized content, video, audio, and digital imagery.

3. Merchandising a. Cooperation with any manufactures,

area dealers, wholesalers, or retail outlets sharing title rights.

b. Cooperation with your company’s event-promotion programs, including foot-traffic generating promotions such as ticket promotions and special contests.

c. Creative services to develop and execute a special Enter-to-win contest for general race fans, offering a grand Prize of VIP race tickets, VIP Hospitality, and a dinner or exclusive meeting with our athletes. the race facility grounds in high visibility areas) (developed in conjunction with the race facility).

The Jack in the Box Summer Shootout Series and Big Money “100”Charlotte Motor Speedway and Jack in the Box, one of the nation’s largest hamburger chains, will feature on of the world’s premier grassroots racing series, the 19th annual Summer Shootout Series.

“Jack in the Box has more than two dozen locations in the greater Charlotte region and we look forward to partnering with them to promote the world’s very best Legend Car and Bandolero racing,” said Marcus Smith, president and general manager of Charlotte Motor Speedway. “U.S. Legend Cars International sells these race cars worldwide in more than 15 different countries, but the top drivers still compete every year at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts the Jack in the Box Summer Shootout Series Tuesday nights during the summer June 12 through August 21. In addition to a full program of Legends Car and Bandolero racing, the Summer Shootout Series includes special attractions, such as school bus race nights and a huge Fireworks Extravaganza Night! Racing action takes place under the lights on the quarter-mile oval located on the speedway's front straightaway.

New for 2012, Fox Sports South, the Southeast’s premier regional sports network, will televise a weekly

30-minute Jack in the Box Summer Shootout Series highlight show.

“It’s going to be awesome as a competitor to watch all the other divisions and be able to keep up with

everything,” said Tyler Green, a Legend Car Pro division driver and 2010 Jack in the Box Summer Shootout Series champion.

Green thinks the highlight show will also help drivers gain a fan following or get noticed by

other race team owners.

“A lot of these guys that are racing Bandoleros and Legend Cars are looking for exposure and of course, network TV is the best way to get it.”

The Legends Big Money 100 also returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway July 2-3.
