In 2002, he became proprietor of the Bowery Poetry Club, home to a weekly poetry slam called NYC-Urbana. Reading with Bonanno also will be the winner of the Stan Heim/Louis Camp Bucks County Community College Student Award in Poetry. Friday, May 6, 7:30 p.m. Orangery Dana Roeser Roeser, one of the most vital and exciting poets currently writing, has been scheduled for the Women’s History celebration. Her courage in her writing serves as an inspiration for many. Also marking the celebration, students and staff will read from their own work and the work of women writers.
