In2016,Istartedtosharemythoughtsaboutcreatinganewsetofmetricstotrackconsumerengagementondealershipwebsitepages.Ifyouaregoingtoinvestinonlinemarketing,don’tyoudeservereportsthatshowifyourwebsitevisitorsareactinglikeshoppers?

DigitalSharksmaynotcareaboutthequalityofwebsitetrafficthattheysendtoyourwebsite.Formanysharks,quantityissomuchmoreexcitingtotalkaboutthanquality.Topumpuptrafficnumbers,DigitalSharksmayusemarketingautomationtools(i.e.BOTS)toinflatewebsitetraffic.
