Summary: All standard terminal (NMC series) samples exhibited failure under PCB flexure testing Failure mode defined as capacitance decrease ≥12.5% and low insulation resistance (IR) Cracking in ceramic microstructure (as shown in above image, left) is cause of the failure None of the NMC-P series (polymer soft terminal) exhibited failure No cracking was observed in NMC-P series (polymer soft terminal)
