The employer must reimburse the $10.00 permit fee to the minor by no later than the date of the first paycheck.
Coat Drive—Many of the staff have noticed that there are students that are without coat, hats,
or gloves - not because they are just too cool to wear a jacket, but because they really don't
have one.
Ms. Hennessey and Ms. Jensen are putting together a coat/hat/gloves closet for Nathan Hale students. If you
want, please bring a CLEAN gently used or new coats, hats, or gloves to either Hennessey or Ms. Jensen to
add to the collection. Don't worry about size, we found that even the tiniest of coats will go to good use. If
the high school kids don't have coats, then their siblings might not either.
ATTENTION SENIORS: Please check the Nathan Hale Scholarship web site for scholarship opportunities from local, state and national organizations. Please see Ms. Reisenauer in Student Services if you have any questions regarding scholarship opportunities. Career Assemblies Tuesday, January 24 --Health Science Are you interested in a career in the Health Science field? Well this is your opportunity to learn from professionals in the field telling sharing what they do in their job, their educational path and what kind of income you might expect. Sign-up in the College & Career Center (room 233) to attend.
If you have a child who is a senior this year, a great gift would be a senior ad in the yearbook. Recognize your child and all the great accomplishments they've made along the 4 years of high school! Senior ads come in a variety of sizes and include a photo or photos- you can design it how you want, or we'll design for you (just let us know what photo you want to use and what you want to say)! There is no greater gift than seeing your child be surprised by their ad in the back. What an incredible way to let your child know you are proud of them and love them! Senior ads can be Purchased along with yearbooks, at: yearbookforever.com.
