The CWR Principles of Biblical

Counselling (PBC–1) is an excellent

introduction for those engaged in any

form of people helping – ministers,

leaders, counsellors, pastoral carers,

those in the helping professions and

other mature Christians who have a heart

to help people. The course will include a

mixture of seminars, group work, case

studies and personal reflection. Each day

will begin with worship.

The course addresses such subjects as:

• Understanding people from a biblical

perspective

• Understanding how people’s view

of God is shaped by their past

experiences

• Exploring how problems develop

in the human personality

• Discovering the roots of people’s

difficulties

• Guiding people from independence

to dependence on Jesus Christ

A comprehensive manual will be given to

each student.

Ron Kallmier MA (Ed), MAPs, BD, BA, Dip RE

Ron leads a range of pastoral care and

counselling courses for CWR Asia. His

extensive experience includes serving on the

pastoral leadership team of a large church in

Sydney, Australia, and working in education as

a high school pastor, teacher and counsellor,

in addition to pastoral and youth ministry. He

also conducted a private counselling practice

in Sydney. Ron was CWR’s Director of Training

for a number of years in the UK.

Andre Radmall BA, MSc, MA

Andre’s first training was as a psychiatric

nurse. Most of his career has been in the

mental health field, working with social

services, adolescent units and more recently

managing an eating disorders unit. over

the last ten years Andre has trained as a

psychotherapist and now runs a successful

private practice. He has also been ordained

to the Anglican ministry as a voluntary

curate. Andre tutors on CWR’s counselling

courses and on the third year of the

Theology and Counselling degree course at

the London School of Theology (LST).
