within the building.

• FSSAI approved facility and ISO 22000 certification for food safety and management.

– R. O. water is used for washing & preparing Food.

– Ozone Purifier is used for cleaning fruits, vegetables & meat.

– Food is cooked in minimal Vegetable Oil.

– Vegetable Oil for frying, is used only ONCE & the remaining / left over oil (Trans Fat Oil) is stored – Vegetable Oil for frying, is used only ONCE & the remaining / left over oil (Trans Fat Oil) is stored and sent for converting to Bio Diesel. Strictly ‘No Trans fat used’.

– Regular Medical and other specific tests are done for food handlers / entire F&B Team.

– Washing of hands is done thoroughly with soap and water every time before / after work and after visiting toilet.

– Head & mouth cover is used while working in Kitchen and Plastic Gloves are used while serving food.

– Cleaning & Maintenance schedule is followed for Equipments, Kitchen and Pantries.
