TICKETS:Each graduate will receive a maximum of (4) tickets for their guests. These tickets are color-coded to designate which gate to enter/exit from as well as where your seat is located.

• Everyone attending, including children will need a ticket to enter the venue. • Your (4) tickets are meant for a family within the same household, unless otherwise arranged. • Graduates will pick-up their ticket upon arrival to the venue from tents just outside the parking garage.

BAGS / PURSES / BACKPACKS:The Pavilion has a strict bag policy in effect – NO bags, purses or backpacks will be permitted into the venue. Diaper bags are permitted if accompanied by a child and medically necessary bags will also be permitted; both are subject to a search. Please note, if the medically necessary items can fit within our standard 8.5” x 11” bag size requirement, they must do so. If you arrive with a non-permitted bag, there will not be a place to store your bag onsite; you will be asked to take it back to your vehicle.

CONCESSIONS AND WATER:Concessions will be open to sell bottled water only. Credit cards accepted. No food will be available for purchase. Additionally, public water fountains will be turned off, with only water bottle fillers available. With this in mind and for this event only, guests are permitted to bring in (1) factory-sealed water bottle per person.

AIR HORNS, GIFTS, BALLOONS, FLOWERS, ETC.,:Air horns, gift bags, balloons, flowers, etc., will not be permitted inside the venue. Please make arrangements to celebrate with your graduate off-site. Our info booths will be closed for this event, so there will not be a location to store your belongings onsite while attending the ceremony. It is important that every family gets an opportunity to hear their graduate’s name called, in order to respect all graduates anyone found with an air horn during the ceremony will be asked to leave immediately.

WEATHER POLICY:Events at The Pavilion are rain or shine. The ceremony space is completely covered, but you may get wet as you move from parking to the seating area. You can bring umbrellas or ponchos. Guests are encouraged to sign-up for graduation text updates by texting WILLISGRAD20 to 555888. We will text you with any weather alerts.

MASKS AND FACE COVERINGS:While guests are not required to wear masks or face coverings, they are highly encouraged while inside the venue. All Pavilion staff will be wearing masks.

SOCIAL DISTANCE AND RESPIRATORY ETIQUETTE:The Pavilion has made every effort to enact procedures to practice social distance for our graduates, guests and staff. We ask that:

• You stay home if you have respiratory illness consistent with COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting results from a COVID-19 test or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive or is presumptive positive for COVID-19.
