Awakening from the Dream

The evolution of mind to a new plateau of awareness may be not only the most important experience we can have in life, but also a very necessary part of our present evolutionary process as a human species.

Why all the hype and excitement about awakening all of a sudden? Technological breakthroughs in Quantum Physics combined with an onslaught of predictions from an extraordinary variety of sources and ancient Wisdom Cultures have everyone buzzing in the anticipation of 2012. Simultaneously, we are at a critical point in sustaining our current consumption of Mother Earth’s resources and maintaining the status quo of outdated financial and political institutions.

The human race is the result of a few billion years of evolutionary right choices. It boggles the mind to contemplate the evolutionary miracle it took for life to appear on this planet. Statistical science says that the odds of life being created here would be like an explosion in an ink factory writing the Bible.

There has never been a more opportune time for us than now to personally tune into and connect with the Universal Intelligence of Creative Power that could have been behind this miracle of creation.

Fasten your metaphysical seat belts for the ride of your life! We could be on the brink of what’s shaping up to be a global shift in consciousness. An opportunity for a collective awakening experience could be more of a possibility now than at any other time in human history.

Unfortunately, or right on cue, mankind has dropped deeply into the five sense dimension of consciousness and we have lost touch with our spirit nature and our innate inner wisdom. We have lost touch with the cycles of Life and the deeper reality of our true inner nature as Universally Conscious Beings.

Enter the ancient and absolute science of metaphysics...the goal of metaphysics is the self-realization of the Infinite Reality of Mind, and the innate power of our universal mind connection available to us through our sixth sense. Ancient teachings of six sense realities are emerging again just in time for the impossible extraordinary realm of possibility to be tapped into and not a moment too soon. We are quickly realizing that we are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually the actual and ultimate technology for change.

Sixth sense is an attribute of our metaphysical past that we lost touch with as we sank deeper and deeper into the material reality of a five-sense dimensional realm of consciousness. We have become fossilized into a self-imposed mental limitation of linear time/space reality. We have the innate inner resources, knowledge and understanding for birth into a new unified state of Universal Consciousness.

We now know we are not only more than physical matter but also possess the opportunities to perceive beyond it as science is now beginning to find out everything is energy and we are an actuality a bio electromagnetic field of energy in a time space reality.

Through meditation, ancient metaphysical practices activate the Third Eye Chakra; what metaphysicians refer to as the Second Sight, required to see into the mind itself. It’s the innate ability we all possess to see into the inner region of mind to the realm of the inner senses or sixth sense reality. It is there that the new identity structure of I-Am consciousness can be found. It is here that a new reference point of awareness, a new focal point of consciousness outside of the time/space reality of 5-sense, 3-dimenational reality is attained. It is here that the subtle energy body can be experienced and the dreamer of the dream realized. The subtle energy body gives us a new vista of reality and possibilities. It is here that we can tap into latent power innately present in our deeper conscious reality. This energy can be a powerful catalyst for a new aware, awake experience of life filled with solutions for the most complex of problems. It is here also that the potential of the subtle energy body for accessing other dimensions of consciousness and parallel dimensions, extra sensory perception, intuition, collective unconscious and even direct experience of Universal Conscious becomes a reality.

The clear lens of science is unravelling the mysteries of the inner-most workings of the mind and even the nature of consciousness itself. Perhaps now science can help the world evolve in consciousness in time for us to responsibly and intelligently use our advancements in technologies for the good of all mankind and our precious planet earth.

If we are going to have any kind of effect on the current world crisis we are going to have to have a dramat ic shi f t in g lobal consciousness. The way we have been thinking and the value systems we have been following are going to have to evolve. Without a dramatic shift in consciousness, to intelligently and responsibly use technology,

science will just continue to aid in speeding up our planet’s destruction.

The greatest drawbacks of imperial science models has been the on-going development of what can only be short-lived, theoretical constructs and imaginings about the reality of anything. Newtonian physics cannot actually know anything about reality in its truest sense. The only way to know anything about the true nature of the reality of the i n n e r w o r k i n g s o f t h e m i n d a n d consciousness is in the pursuit of truth through subjective knowledge. The only true way to really know anything is to be that which is known. By having the subjective experience of ‘being’ that something we are then able to truly grasp its meaning. In this respect the self evident and subjective intuitive experience of reality of metaphysical science may be the truest science of all.

Carl Jung, the famous psychologist and consciousness pioneer, was quoted as saying

that “there is a great truth to be found if one studies practical mysticism to its fullest, to penetrate the deepest layers of the human mind.” Metaphysical science is the pathway into the mind – an intuitive science that probes the inner senses and levels of mind through deep meditation and metaphysical practices in order to subjectively experience the absolute revealed truth as a personal revelation.

Beyond the confines of the 5-sense mental construct of consciousness lies the ultimate experience within the very centre of consciousness itself. As the time-and-space bound state of mind is transcended, the “Highest Truth” of what we are beyond our personal ego identification becomes self-evident. At the very core of consciousness itself, our inner essence, our true identity as a “Higher Universal Mind” stands revealed as our truest and most “Highest Self”. We have become a universal person with eternal character, re-claiming our sovereign state of mind.

This experience is much like when clouds disperse to reveal the brilliant radiance of the sun. A new focal point of awareness has been realized and a new reference point for consciousness is found. From this new vantage point of consciousness a higher perspective of things now becomes available to us from which we can more effectively direct and live our lives from. Here we realize a truly monumental discovery of great importance and possibly the greatest achievement of a person’s life.

No longer invested in 5-sense consciousness in the same way, time now loses its attraction and the body ceases to demand the same level of attention it used to. Similar to the quiet in the eye of a storm, there is a new place of peaceful presence from which to observe and direct life from. And you are now more aware of this quiet centre of the storm than all of its outwardly

raging activity. It becomes a place of rest to which you can always return, to listen for and hear the deeper intuitive wisdom of your “Higher Mind”.

This experience of the inner-most nature of o u r i n f i n i t e m i n d i s t h e h i g h e s t transformational opportunity in a person’s life. Whether Buddhist or Christian, all mystics who have experienced this state of awakened consciousness agree that the experience is an essential element for consciousness transformation – perhaps the greatest personal step a person can take towards the realization and awareness of Universal Oneness, the key that opens the door to awake, aware and truly healthy living.

The challenge at hand for us all is to unlearn, and undo, what we have been taught in order to self-reveal what we have always been and always will be. A Course in Miracles

refers to it as “a journey of no distance to a place we never left”. We come to learn the greatest of truths that we really need do nothing, because we already are all that we will ever

be by the pure grace of what we already truly are.

Metaphysical science holds the key for humanity to realize the great truth of our “Universal Oneness.” It is here that we come to recognize our shared reality as universal consciousness in which we are all equally joined. We will have evolved from treating others as we would treat ourselves to the realization that the other is indeed our self. Only then will we become the consciously aware stewards of earth that we are truly capable of being in the spirit of brotherly love. It is only then that we can create the harmony and peace we are seeking. It is here also that the stage will be set for the attainment of man’s highest potential – from this state of a higher mind consciousness, a person can now enter to commune and become one with the Infinite Higher Mind of Universal Consciousness Itself.

day mystics such as Dr. Paul Leon Masters of the International University of Metaphysics. His vision for the daily practice of practical mysticism is “If the entire world had metaphysical knowledge and lived by it, all the problems of the earth would be solved, and peace, love, harmony and prosperity would be experienced by all humankind.”

The over 30 trillion cells of our body are tides

and rhythms of this Creative Pulse of Unified

Consciousness resonating, dancing, and

forming constantly shifting patterns that shape

us physically, emotionally and mentally.

Both scientists and mystics now agree that all of

existence comes from the same Source and that

everything is interconnected. Similar to an

instrument, as we move and vibrate the

Universe moves and vibrates with us...even our

thoughts, are silent sounds of electromagnetic

vibration. We are, in essence, a consciously

aware, bio-electric, magnetic field of energy

that flows, vibrates and creates.

Human kind has now just entered into the Unified Consciousness of the Age of Aquarius. Every 26,000 years our sun, at the center of our planetary system, cycles around and for a window of time lines up directly with the Milky Way system, the very core of our Galaxy. At this time, a high-vibrational field is emanating from the centre of the Galaxy, bathing our planet in Unity Consciousness. With the help of this Ascension Pulse of Cosmic Energy, now is an opportune time for humanity to take a Quantum Leap in Consciousness.

It is also a time of great change and flux.

Our community, in Vancouver, BC, along with thousands of others worldwide, gathered together on 11.11.11 to welcome in the new Aquarian Age with an 11-minute OM starting at 11am, OM being the Vibrational Sound of the Creation of the Universe Itself. And the highest vibration of energy we can attune to here. It was a Uni-Verse, collective chant directed right to the very core of our Galactic Mother in Remembrance of our deepest connection and truest nature.

A Collective Attunment of Sound Vibration aimed at entraining humanity to Unity Consciousness. We are now beginning the Great Re-Turning to Source Energy and the Eternal Identity of our True Nature.

Evolve

Later that night, at 3am, I was awoken with a resounding voice in my

mind, saying “OCCUPY YOURSELF!” In my heart I recognized this to be

humanity’s new call to personal freedom and creative expression. That inner activism hold the key to our evolution here and that in order

to grow into our full potential as human BE-ings, we must Evolve – to THRIVE.

Our evolution requires that we realize that we are the Guru we have been waiting for and that the “what” in “what now” can and will come from each one of us. We are all being asked to be Soldiers for Inner Peace – be-coming, within, the change we want to see in the world.

We are being called to FULLY Occupy Our Selves with Compassionate Awareness and full Self Acceptance – forgiving and accepting all previously unaccepted aspects of ourselves with love, until all shadow has been shone away and only the Highest Truth of our Nature remains. Holding uppermost in our minds would be, as so eloquently stated in A Course in Miracles, the goal of removing the blocks to the Awareness of Love’s Presence, which is our Natural Inheritance.

It is clear that if this new tide of change is to be effective it must be faced consciously. That in order for true lasting change and sustainability to occur we will need our spiritual evolution to meet our technological

advances. There need to be an inner activism to match the ideology of a new consciousness movement from one of an economy-based mentality to a humanitarian and planetarian one.

This is going to require a great change in the way we’ve been doing things. The complete reversal of a fear-based lack mentality to an abundant thought system based on love and inclusion. Einstein’s quote rings true here – that you cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it – we will need a shift in consciousness to evolve and thrive as a species.

conscious Occupy Wall St - The Revolution Is Love

When Quantum Physics discovered the world of Quantum Quarks Energy the old Newtonian mechanistic duality system was turned upside down and a New World Paradigm of Thought was birthed. We now know there is no material reality and everything is actually light-wave information

contained in magnetic fields. Also, interestingly enough, when 18 different scientists around the world studied this new phenomenon of Quantum Quark Energy they got 18 different results in the way these fields were behaving. The Quantum Fields were behaving exactly as each scientist expected them to! This is the now well-known “observer effect”. It became apparent and quantifiable that energy at a Quantum Quark level is so small that it easily affected by the consciousness of the one observing it!

We can apply this same formula to a very simple and yet powerfully effective meditation technique. Over the years, as a Transpersonal Therapist, I have found that assisting clients to view their thought patterns and emotions as energy fields in the body has been quite effective as a natural healing phenomenon. In previous articles I have referred to the “I am” consciousness as likened to the centre of the eye of a hurricane. A quiet centre of calmness and stillness where the external activity can be observed without entering into the fray.

Eckhert Tolle, in his book the Power of Now, refers to this as a background of silence where it is possible to view or observe oneself, to become the silent watcher of your thoughts and emotions. A process where you are no longer identifying yourself as your thoughts or emotions. It is as though the thoughts or emotions are like clouds passing through and you are the sky that contains them.

Or like the silent background of a movie screen that is allowing the movie to be seen. A remote-viewing process from a place of pure awareness; a new vantage point of perception.

When thought patterns, anxiety, stress are viewed as energy fields from the juxtaposition of pure awareness or the observer, a natural healing process can take place. What is transpiring is very similar to the observer effect, place where consciousness can affect a change and any change that occurs from here comes from a higher and truer state of being. This silent background of pure awareness can be found or experienced as the gap that exists between words or thoughts. You can train yourself to focus on this silent background on a scale similar to a scientist observing a Quantum Quark. The healing can become as easy and as automatic as your own natural ability to heal a cut. We don’t have to think about healing a cut, it just occurs through our natural healing intelligence. A new state of consciousness is now viewing the problem as an energy field from another level of consciousness.

As Einstein was referring to, real change can now occur, new solutions can be accessed and new information becomes available. Pure

Awareness, remote-viewing energy fields, is one more example of another valuable tool for raising vibration and clearing energetic blockages. From this field of Pure Potentiality, all possibilities exist, and anything becomes possible - for living your life and for the transformation of our beloved planet. This is an effective and very simple technique for accessing a state of Pure Awareness. Another wonderful example of the many spiritual technologies becoming available to use in evolving into a new state of consciousness.

Remember all your answers lie within – in your own Inner Wisdom and Innate Ability to heal and transform.
