Small Business is focusing on businesses with sales of $350,000 to $5 Million, with lending needs from $50,000 to $500,000. Accountable for the sales leadership of the respected area as well as assist with new product development. Washington Desktop When I joined the Washington In-Store team (US Bank), I saw that our 19 branches had no plan or vision week over week. I brought to my managers a way of measuring commitment and knowing what the district will produce in the following week. Washington Desktop is a comprehensive program that every Monday all managers will report to me what they are committing to do for that week. I am responsible to coaching, motivating and critiquing those numbers so that they become a reality. This project has been duplicated all across the company in 5 districts since I released this.
