*Necessary Information/ Conditions about Cash Rewards:

1. A student will be eligible for Cash Reward in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom Programme or Long

Term Digital Programme, not in both.

2. To be eligible for Cash Reward, it is mandatory for students to join our Classroom programme on or before 15th January, 2022.

3. Students joining Two Year Classroom programme / Three Year Classroom progamme / Four Year Classroom progamme, total

Cash Rewards will be disbursed in equal installments.

4. To be eligible for Cash Rewards, a student needs to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in classes and Common Practice Test.

5. In case a student is found to have used unfair means during the N-SAT test, he/she shall be disqualified from the N-SAT

Scholarship Scheme & Cash Rewards.

IMPORTANTINSTRUCTIONS& INFORMATION

A. Online Enrollment Facility is available on our website : nsat.narayanagroup.com where the students

can register for NSAT and further can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in NSAT 2021 with

his/her Roll No. and Exam Centre Name.

B. The exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The offline exam will be conducted on

OMR (Optical Mark Reader) Sheet. There will be no negative marking.

C. NSAT Sample Test Paper will be made available at nsat.narayanagroup.com. User ID & Password will

be send to the student on their Registered Mobile Number & Email Id.

D. Cash Rewards* shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of

respective academic years by the centre of NARAYANA from where the student appeared for NSAT

or enrolled in NARAYANA.

E. Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount, Fee Waiver, Cash

Rewards. If at any point of time, the Government decides to charge GST on the

scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver, then the GST shall be borne by the student / parent /

guardian.

F. Scholarship Eligibility for the students of:

(I). One Year Classroom Programme: The students joining One Year Classroom programme of Class

VIII/IX/X & XII studying shall be eligible for Scholarship for 1 year only.

(ii). Two Year Classroom Programme: The students joining our Two Year Classroom programme (Class IX

& X combined or Class XI & XII combined) shall be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire

period of 2 Years subject to Terms & Conditions.

(iii). Three & Four Year Classroom Programme: The students joining Three Year Classroom Programme

(Class VIII to X or Class X to XII or Four Year Classroom Programme from Class IX to XII respectively,

will be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period of 3 Years / 4 Years respectively, subject

to Terms & Conditions.

G. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of the overall fee in any case whatsoever.

H. Selected candidates will be provided Classroom Programme coaching as per the choice of their study

centre (at existing Narayana centres only) but if a student wants to change the study centre, written

permission for the same will have to be taken from the Centre Director.

I. Last Date of Registration: The last date of receiving the duly filled-in enrolment form by Online

Submission : 5 Days before the date of exam.

J. The result of successful candidates in NSAT 2021 shall be displayed on our website:

nsat.narayanagroup.com mentioning the Names, Roll Nos. & Ranks of the students along with eligible

scholarship.

K. Hostel facility can be made available on a chargeable basis.

NOTE: In case a student is found to have used unfair means during the online/offline NSAT, he/she shall be

disqualified from the NSAT Scholarship Scheme & Cash Rewards.

1. Incomplete form will not be considered. It is compulsory to fill all the columns. Kindly attach all the required documents along with duly filled-in Registration Form.

2. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & E-mail ID of the student/parent/guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the Institute will be sent to the student via SMS and/or E-mail. Institute shall not be responsible if any information regarding result or anything else is not reached to the student if he/she has not mentioned his/her or Parent's/Guardian's updated & correct Mobile No./E-mail ID in N-SAT Form at the time of enrollment. It is advised to write Phone No. & E-mail ID of either father or mother for right communication between institute & student.

3. During the Classroom Programme at NARAYANA, student must meet the following requirements, failing which his/her free-ship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of NARAYANA Management shall be final and binding to the students and the parents.

(a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85% throughout the Classroom programme. It is compulsory for a student under this programme to write all his/her CPTs conducted by the institution in his/her batch.

(b) TEST MARKS: The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their CPTs.

(c) Additionally, students other than free-ship programme or 100% scholarship must also maintain a minimum of 85% attendance throughout their Classroom programme and a minimum of 40% marks in their Phase Test on Monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in Forth coming Years of their 2/3/4 Year Programme.

(d) Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the management of NARAYANA will not be accepted. A warning will be issued to such students, offering them another chance to improve their behaviour. Despite warning, if the student does not alter his/her attitude and commits another act of indiscipline, his/her candidature for the free-ship program will be revoked with immediate effect and can be struck off from role.

(e) In case a student misbehaves / gets involved in negative activities like teasing, theft, indiscipline, use of abusive languages, he/she can be rusticated by the Centre Director and fee paid shall not be refunded in such cases.

(f) If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Centre Director, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the free-ship program of such student will be revoked with immediate effect.

(g) If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Centre Director, his/her candidature for the free-ship program will be revoked.

4. To be eligible for Cash Rewards, it is mandatory to join NARAYANA Classroom Programme on or before 15th January, 2022.

5. NSAT students can enroll in our Classroom Programme regular weekdays / weekend batches.

6. If any student fails in his/her school exam, the NSAT facility will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the programme.

7. Note: Course sessions at classroom location will be in continuation to the online teaching. The Classroom Learning @NARAYANA will start as and when the Government allows the re-opening of the Coaching Institutes and in compliance with the Government directives. Until then, students can avail the benefits of Classroom Learning ONLINE.

8. Fee waivers for NARAYANA programs will be decided on the basis of performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject and minimum cut-off marks in aggregate.

9. In case, any dispute or difference arises between student / parents and the Institute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Management of NARAYANA. The proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If an arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, does not enter the reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Management of NARAYANA to appoint another person to act as an arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which proceeding was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the new arbitrator will be entitled to proceed de novo.

Please note that the average in all objective tests for all the subjects including improvement tests will be taken into account.
