Patricia Hearst [Book]

The more people speculated about Patricia Hearst's kidnapping, the less sympathy they had for her. Her image was twisted and distorted by the media until she was viewed as a criminal, rather than a victim. I took infamous photographs of Patty, and filtered them through several channels in an effort to visually represent the distortion and rapid degradation of her image over time—both in print, and on television.
