Training Business Skills training and training for professional accreditations

Working together with professional bodies, we provide certificate level training for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These course take between 6 and 12 months to complete.

Eoin Hanley – FCIPD Eoin Hanley is the managing Director of PathwaysHR and has over 20 years experience in human resources. He has practice in organizational development, training, coaching and recruitment. He has held senior regional and global roles for leading companies such as PwC, Grafton Group, Automobile Group and Amazon. He has also managed teams and projects in continental Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. PathwaysHR only uses facilitators and consultants that have both practical industry experience and experience in writing and delivering programs. We provide all our clients with follow up materials to help them reinforce the learning that has taken place and aid the 70:20:10 model we believe helps people learn and adapt best.
