Fun Day Raffle Come along with family and friends to enjoy this 'Funtastic' Fun Day to bring the

Bangkok Patana Community together!

This year we are selling Raffle tickets to make this Fun Day more exciting with marvellous prizes to be won from incredible raffle sponsors. A portion of the Raffle income will be used to support charities.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS

Next week each family will receive an envelope with 10 Raffle tickets costing 50 THB each – total 500 THB. If you would like to purchase the tickets and have a chance to win the incredible prizes, please:

Write your name and telephone number or your child’s class/tutor group on the back of each “TICKET” that you would like to purchase.

Put money in the envelope for the number of tickets you want to purchase.

Keep part of the ticket (you want to purchase and already write your name on) that says “KEEP THIS COUPON” and return the part that says “TICKET” in the envelope.

Fill in the reply slip at the bottom of this letter and put it in the envelope with the tickets

Please use the same envelope and seal the envelope once you have enclosed your purchased “TICKETS”, unwanted tickets, reply slip and money.

Kindly return the envelope to the Cashier Office or Primary Office (via your child’s teacher/tutor if necessary) by Thursday 19th February, 2015.

If you require more tickets, they can be purchased again at school prior to Fun Day; at the entrance from 17th – 19th February, 7:15 am – 8:15 am. At this desk you can also buy your Fun Day Entrance Wristbands.

Raffle Draw ON FUN DAY

The top prizes will be drawn on the stage at Fun Day (Air tickets, hotel vouchers, TVs, and other great prizes) at 1:30pm.

The other wonderful prizes e.g. restaurant vouchers, spa vouchers, bags, stuffed toys etc. will be drawn at the end of Fun Day and ticket numbers will be announced on the board in the front of school, the PTG Facebook group and in Patana News.

Please keep the copy of your tickets for another three weeks after Fun Day to claim the prizes.

The deadline to claim all prizes at the school reception is Friday 13th March, 2015. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity or kept for a future event.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND SUPPORT AND GOOD LUCK IN THE RAFFLE!
