Snow Egg White and the Seven Cakes
Marshmallow: a brand new medium that brings back sweet childhood memories and opens up a new world of decorations.These decorations are available in the following formats:
• 36x13cm sheets that can be cut into the desired shape with a cookie cutter or a knife.(See instructions on p. 267)
• Leaves, flowers to cover your creations…• 14.5cm Ø rounds and 4x40cm strips to decorate your entremets.
All item numbers beginning with BL belong to the "blisters to fill" range. Just pipe your own chocolate into the blister moulds to get wonderful decorations.Using them is a snap. Just fill the moulds with chocolate, let cool for 20 minutes at 6°C and then turn out. Make decorations when you need them.
We recommend using a piping bag or a dispensing bottle (p.264) for filling these blister moulds. See instructions on p. 267
