Since I joined Tupperware, I have so much more confidence in myself. Growing up in a Japanese family, it’s a male world. I never felt like I amounted to very much compared to my brothers. I always had to try harder to excel at everything, but I was lacking confidence because I was never as good as my brothers. Never as smart or successful. Through my Tupperware business, I realized I am successful, and I am so much more than what I thought I was all these years. It's taken me up until recently to realize just how successful I have become.
