Undo the lower fuel filler neck hose clamp.

Undo the fuel tank straps.

Drop the fuel tank.

Remove Quick-Jacks, if mounted, using ⅝” socket and ⅝” wrench.

Remove the quick jack bolts.

Insert the supplied 8” bolt through the body using the quick-jack spacers and washers next to the body.

Slip the rear Nudge bar onto the bolts after the quick-jack 1.75” spacers.

Place the 1” sleeves onto the bolt.

Attach the rear Over-riders using a ⅝” socket.

Front assembly

Remove Quick-Jacks, if mounted, using a ⅝” socket and ⅝” wrench.

If using a bumper hoop with separate overriders, the overriders need to be drilled and tapped.

Use the short screws and drill template provided to drill 1/8” holes towards the inside of the overrider. Right

side shown.

Open the 1/8” holes up to 23/64” and use the included tap to tap the holes to 7/16”-14 thread. (left side shown)

Install the Over-Riders using the original front bolts and a ⅝” socket and ⅝” wrench.

Check the angle of the over riders, they should match the angle of the radiator opening and each other.

Above is how our set up started, notice the one near is more vertical.

To solve this we trimed the end of the bottom sleeve ⅛” and added a washer to the top sleeve next to the over

rider.

Use clamps to hold the front hoop between the Over-riders with the rear edge of the Over-rider and the rear

edge of the hoop lined up.

This should put the front hoop approximately 1” away from the body across the top and bottom of the

radiator opening.

Using a marker mark the mount holes for the front hoop on one of the Over-Riders.

Remove the front hoop and drill the mount holes for the front hoop in the Over-riders using a ¼” drill bit.

Install the front hoop with the supplied fasteners and a 5/32” Hex key and 7/16” socket.

Clamp the other side of the front hoop to the over rider.

Mark the front hoop mount holes.

Unbolt and remove the front hoop.

Drill the front hoop mount holes on the remaining Over Rider.

Remount the front hoop using the supplied fasteners and 5/32” Hex key and 7/16” socket
