LUNCH & LEARN BUDDIES NEW! If you want your child to get some extra class me and reinforce what they are learning, then this class is for them. During each class we will focus on a different leer of the alphabet. Each day, your child will bring a lunch (with drink) to eat midway through the class. This is a great opportunity to get some extra preschool educaon as well as develop social skills. Sign up for both sessions for the chance to complete the enre alphabet. Lunches should be nut free! Bento is a Japanese style of eang where lunch items are packed into a wooden or plasc box with individual compartments. Bento lunches consist of a balance of food groups, colors and textures. Your child will learn about the importance of eang healthy lunches. Your child will prepare their own healthy lunch for school the next day! Each week is a different theme. Registraon includes a reusable Bento-style container. Delve into the history and mechanics of favorite amusement park rides in this imaginave unit. Students will construct a Carousel Swing, Tilt a Whirl, Loop de Loop ride, Swing boat ride, and Merry Go Round. Lessons incorporate principles of physics, described in a way children can understand, such as “G-force” inera and momentum, as well as math concepts such as “there are 360 degrees in a circle”. These engaging lessons will give students an understanding of the physical forces they experience every day. Every child takes home a custom LEGO® mini-figure at the end of the last class. Instructor: Bricks 4 Kidz Staff Day: Monday Dates: September 11 - October 16 Time: 5:00 - 6:00 pm Age: 5 - 10 years Fee: $69/ NR $74 MONDAY MORNING RISERS If your lile one likes to wake up and go to school, then this hour class is perfect for your child to start off the week before they go to school. Each class will review one of the following: alphabet, shapes, colors, or cung. We will have carpet me talking about the weather and days of the week. Of course a good story will be read too! Come give your child an extra hour of fun learning which can help them at school. Instructor: Sharon Koczor Day: Monday Session I: September 11 - October 23 Time: 10:00am - 11:00am Age: 3- 4 years Fee: $50/NR $55 ZUMBA KIDS Zumba kids is a fun high-energy fitness class packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly rounes set to their favorite Pop songs as well as to Lan and World music. Increased focus, coordinaon, self-confidence, and metabolism boost are all benefits that will come from this fun-focused class. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring gym shoes and a water bole to each class. Learn basic sewing skills and techniques to create a beauful finished sewing product. Supply list will be given out at the 1st day of class. We will create our own beauful teacups and then use them to drink a cup of “tea.” Learn how to have Belle’s table manners and how to avoid eang like the Beast. “Try the gray stuff, it’s delicious!” Instructor: Gina Barre Day/Date: Thursday/September 14 Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm Age: 4 - 9 years Fee: $25/NR $30 WIGGLES AND GIGGLES Preschoolers will wiggle and giggle their way through this fun filled class while stretching their muscles and marching to music. Age appropriate acvies will vary each week using balls, balloons and bubbles! Finger plays, rhymes and rhythm movements, hoops and parachutes are also included. Instructor: Chris Johnson Day: Thursday Session I: September 14 - October 12 Time: 9:30 - 10:15 am Age: 2 - 3 years (with parent) Fee: $30/NR $35 KIDZ ROCK Kidz rock is a music lessons program that teaches children as young as 4 how to play an instrument in the seng of a real rock band. Band members rotate on drums, electric guitar, and keyboard as they prepare to sing and play in a rock concert. Each band sings and performs songs featured on the Kidzrock CD. Children learn how to read color-coded standard music notaon from the Kidzrock Songbook while playing on modified instruments for smaller sized hands. The program creates a unique experience by combining instruments, theory, singing, ensemble performance and rock ‘n’ roll fantasy all rolled into one! KARATE - Students learn basic and advanced traditional karate skills - katas, sparing, and self-defense. Individuals and families participate in this class. This is a great opportunity to do something with your child(ren)! In the Beginner Level, you may earn a White, Yellow, and Green Belt. In the Advanced Level, you may earn a Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black Belt.KARATE KIDS - This class introduces young children to the martial arts. Participants will learn and develop basic karate skills, techniques and principles. Through a variety of fun activities, children will improve motor skills, physical fitness, and gain confidence. Just added is a “Just Kick It” program designed for kids to work on various techniques and skills added from the handout each session. ARCHERY 101 LESSONS Whether you are new or an experienced archer, come out and enjoy 4 sessions of archery fun. Students will learn safety, proper technique and form, range procedures, and etiquette. There will be lots of shooting in each session, with challenges and fun competition mixed in. The staffs at BowDoc Archery are USA Archery certified coaches. BowDoc Archery will supply all of the necessary equipment for this class. Families will enjoy an outdoor movie with popcorn and a quick breakfast in the morning. Family fun for all!

SKYHAWKS FLAG FOOTBALLSkyhawks Flag Football is the perfect introduction to “America’s Game” or a great refresher for those who want to brush up on their skills preparing for league play. Through our “skill of the day” exercises, participants will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun and positive environment. All participants will receive a merit award.
