Hitachi Seaside Park is located on the Pacific Ocean side of the Japanese coast, and incorporates a unique natural environment of sand dunes, forests, grasslands and springs. With a total space of 350 hectares, of which 200 hectares are open to the public, this huge spacious park is home to a variety of colorful flowers and grasses throughout the four seasons, as well as numerous other attractions, including an amusement park, large grassland, cycling and BMX tracks, a forest athletics field, BBQs surrounding by nature, and many cafes and restaurants.

●Walking on the cycling course is not permitted.●Please return the cycle to one of the designated bicycle parking lots when you leave the course area.
●Bicycle rental hours are from 9:30 am until 30 minutes before the park is closed.●Rentals are available at the West Entrance, Central Entrance, and Seabreeze Entrance Cycling Centers. (At the South Entrance, rentals are available only on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays. )●You must pay for two persons when renting a tandem bicycle.●Those bicycles brought in privately can be used with no fee payment in the course.
●There is a discount available for groups of 20 and over people.●Strollers and wheel chairs can be taken on-board if folded.●There is a special car on some trains that is wheelchair accessible.●All passengers (including the handicapped) must pay the fee. However, upon presentation of a disability certificate, up to one accompanying person shall be exempted from paying.
●Unfortunately, we cannot accept passengers with pets on the Seaside Train.
