Enjoy a sophisticated mélange of tastes and flavours of the season as

showcased by chef de cuisine, Daniel Hoefler and his team. Featuring a large

selection of appetizers and live cooking stations, Traiteur offers shucked

oysters, assorted pork charcuterie and beef from the rotisserie.

Savor the flavours of lobster, beef tenderloin and French veal sausages from

the grill, as well as a selection of vegetables served in copper pots, from

French beans to roasted potatoes with hazelnut butter. Diners with a sweet

tooth will delight in the dedicated dessert buffet located in Traiteur’s private

dining room, offering a crêpe and praline station, chocolate fountain, and

a varied selection of other desserts, including Saint Honoré, Opera Cake,

Éclairs, Crème Brûlée and Warm Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice-Cream.

Traiteur presents an epicurean Christmas Day “Brunch at the Park”. Enjoy

the stunning architecture and theatre-style kitchen of Traiteur as you listen

to live holiday entertainment. Featuring a large selection of appetizers and

live cooking stations, Traiteur offers gastronomic and festive season favorites,

including butterball turkey with all the traditional trimmings, as well as

The ‘Christmas Relax and Glow’ package incorporates a one hour distress

experience and a thirty minute radiance facial, and is perfect for people who

are always on the go.

The experience begins with a welcoming inhalation using breath essence oil

support, mixed with warm water for an easy and relaxed experience, followed

by a whole body brushing to stimulate circulation.

The essence breath inhalation relaxes the body and the mind. The body

brushing improves circulation and energises the entire body after a long

working day.

The therapist then performs a soothing massage with peppermint and

rosemary aroma oils, to ease tension and reduce muscle pain.

The experience ends with a thirty minute facial to hydrate the face and leave
