Methods of Communication How can I use ParentLink?
You can send multiple forms of communication through one easy-to-use platform:
• Record and send a telephone/robocall message
• Send an email message
• Send a text/SMS message (only to mobile phones that received texts and are limited to 160 characters)
• Post information to the mobile app
• Share information on social media – Twitter and Facebook (Twitter is limited to 140 characters or 116 characters through ParentLink with a photo)

What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password yourself. Simply click on “Forgot password?” to the left of the blue “LOG IN” button.

Emergency MessagingIf immediate communications are needed, the emergency option allows you to communicate quickly:

number regardless of home phone vs. mobile

When you pick up the telephone, the message will instruct you to record your message:
• After you finish speaking press #• Press 2 to listen to the message
• Press 1 to save the message if you are happy with it
• Press 3 to re-record the message
Once you press 1, you will hear: “This message has been saved. Thank you for calling. Good bye.” Your recording will be automatically
embedded in the ParentLink screen.
