JH Aotearoa is an Adventure Experience specifically designed to strengthen the Parent & Child relationship and to lead both into a deep and very real faith in Christ during the critical years as the teenagers transition from childhood to adulthood.

During an incredible time together that includes adventure, challenge and fun, issues faced by teenagers and their parents are addressed from a biblical perspective and family relationships are deepened, strengthened and renewed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A JH Adventure Experience brings together high adrenaline outdoor activities such as mountain biking, high ropes courses, abseiling, canoeing, low ropes and white water rafting, as well as, life changing teaching, reflective times, worship, team-building activities, and small group sessions – each designed around you. With an emphasis on building the relationship between a parent and a teenager, JH Aotearoa is a place where God is able to heal and restore relationships.

FREQ. ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: How old do you have to be to attend JH Aotearoa? A: It is designed for the teenage years. Most participants would be between the ages of 13-20 years of age. However many young people in their early 20’s and even into their 30’s come to participate with one of their parents.

Q: What is the price to attend JH Aotearoa? A: $2250.00 is the full cost for both the parent and their teen to attend JH Aotearoa and this is the full cost of delivering this event.

We have an early bird discount price of $1950.00 which closes on 31 October 2016.

We understand that while this investment may be a challenge for many New Zealand families, a number of generous supporters have established a scholarship fund to ensure that more families can be a part of the transformational experience of JH Aotearoa.

Q: Do I have to participate in all of the activities? A: JH Aotearoa policy is “Challenge by Choice” So although you will be encouraged to participate in all the activities, you are free to choose your participation level.

Q: Where is JH Aotearoa? A: JH Aotearoa is based at Tui Ridge Adventure Park which is 20km north of Rotorua.
