With wrap-around patios, a living room, and dining room, the ground floor of the main house presents a wonderful venue for entertaining. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a butler’s service area, coffee bar, walk-in freezer, separate pantry for service ware, wine cooler, service hall and execu-tive chef full service equipment. On the second floor of the Main House is the Master Suite which boasts his and hers bathrooms and closets, a kitchenette, and balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and Atlantis. This grand home offers well over 6,000 square feet of covered space. Between the main house and the guest cottage is a beautiful 60’ x 30’ heated swimming pool.

The accents surrounding the pool such as imposing antique olive jars from Spain, assorted planters and stone statues create a relaxing, private haven which exudes luxury. An elegant pool pavilion on the north side conveniently provides guests with a bathroom, shower, toilet, changing room and kitche-nette.

East Guest Cottage: The spacious guest cottage, finished with travertine tiles and elegant fixtures, provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and outdoor patio areas. Enjoy breathtaking views from both the Northand South Patios.

West Guest Cottage: The lovely two-storey level West Guest Cottage features a beautiful deck/patio area, second floor guest living area with full kitchen, estate offices and executive staff quarters. The executive staff quar-ters comprising three bedrooms, on the south side of the West Guest Cottage, is adjacent to the Executive offices with its private deck/patio area.

“The Gunpowder Room”: One of the Estate’s most unique features is the Gunpowder room. It was originally built by the British in 1826 on the harbourside to store supplies of gunpowder. Now fully restored and provided with a full scale kitchen, it is used for guest entertainment.

Service Buildings/Staff Quarters: Just west of the main house are a series of service buildings for the Estate including laundry facili-ties, maids quarters, ice maker room, storage sheds, butler’s quarters, a seaman’s house, the captain’s rooms and the night watchman quar-ters. The service area is self-contained and has its own private pa-tio and service entrance/dock to maintain the Estate home’s privacy.

Dockage: Another important element of the Estate are three docks and a 45-foot wide cement access ramp at the Western End of the Estate to enab-le heavy trucks and equipment to be barged in from the Mainland when necessary. The main dock has a breakwater protection barrier along with a custom floating dock to offer multiple slips and ease of entry. There is space for an approx 80’ yacht and 4 additional slips for tenders and sport boats. Depth of main dock is 8 feet at mean low water. The Service Dock features an L-shaped docking system that has multiple slips and attachments for the service boats and staff. Access from the Service Dock to the Main House Level is by means of a ramp to facilitate movement of deliveries etc. The third dock is the Gunpowder room dock which is used as private docking for the guests to use to provide privacy and easy access to their sporting boats.
