2. One way: Potential client finds us online 1. Clicks on link to fill out quote request form 3. 2. Potential client fills out form. 4. 3. Formstack automatically e-mails form to usAND 5. A new person is created & populated in Batchbook. 6. When weve reached an agreement with client about terms, we generate & send a Letter of Agreement (Mail stationery). 7. Client clicks on link at bottom of L of A & fills out VO Job Sheet 8. VO Job Sheet populates a New VO Job Sheet in Batchbook, and we put the job on our white board. 9.
