PRAKATA

Selaras dengan hasrat Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia untuk membestarikan semuasekolah di Malaysia, Panduan Penggunaan Laman Web dalam Pengajaran danPembelajaran telah dapat dihasilkan, yang mana ianya amat berguna sekali untuk dijadikansebagai salah satu alat bantu mengajar. Apatah lagi apabila warga sekolah sentiasadicabar dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam era globalisasi untuk menghadapi perubahanabad ke 21. Penggunaan Internet kini amatlah meluas di kalangan masyarakat kita, dimana para pengguna didedahkan dengan informasi yang terkini.

Justeru itu, Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan sebagai penggerak Projek Sekolah Bestari,dengan inisiatif Sektor Komunikasi dan Latihan, Pembangunan Pendidikan Bestari telahmengkonsepsikan buku panduan ini. Idea Guru Sumber matapelajaran berdasarkan

laman web yang sesuai mengikut mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Sainsdan Matematik dilayari dan cadangan-cadangan penggunaan laman web tersebutdisenaraikan untuk perkongsian bersama. Namun begitu, masih ada lagi banyak lamanweb lain yang releven yang boleh dilayari oleh guru-guru mengikut keperluan hasilpembelajaran yang dihasratkan.

Panduan ini membekalkan guru-guru dengan laman web yang releven, dan terkini yangmerangkumi skop serta topik-topik dalam Sukatan Pelajaran. Penggunaan laman-lamanweb dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran diharap dapat membentuk perspektif baru dikalangan guru dan murid dalam dunia pendidikan yang mana pendekatan sebelum inihanya tertumpu kepada buku-buku teks sahaja.

Selain itu, konsep pembelajaran akses kendiri, kadar kendiri dan terarah kendiri dapatditingkatkan apabila guru atau murid melayari laman-laman web yang berkaitan. Selain

daripada informasi serta input-input yang diperlukan, guru serta murid boleh berinteraktifsecara terus dengan boleh membuat latihan serta penilaian kendiri dalam prosespengajaran dan pembelajaran mereka.

Dengan itu amat diharapkan dengan terbitnya panduan ini, guru-guru akan lebih kreatifdan inovatif demi meningkatkan mutu pengajaran dan pembelajaran ke arah mencapaimatlamat Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan.

PENDAHULUAN

Perolehan maklumat serta informasi dengan cara mengakses internet kini amatlah luaspenggunaannya samada bagi golongan tua, remaja mahupun kanak-kanak. Bolehdikatakan manusia kini lebih berinformatif dan berpengetahuan melalui capaian danpengurusan maklumat secara mengakses internet. Untuk membaewa pendekatan danperspektif baru dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran, guru-guru perlu diberi pendedahanmengenai laman-laman web serta input-input yang berkaitan.

Penggunaan laman-laman web dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran amatlah berfaedahkerana ia membolehkan guru-guru dan murid-murid mencapai maklumat sertamengupayakan guru serta murid menjelajah dunia samada di luar persekitaran bilikdarjah mahupun di dalam bilik darjah sendiri.

Buku ini adalah bertujuan untuk membantu serta mempermudahkan guru memahamidan mengamalkan strategi penggunaan bahan internet dengan menyenaraikan cadangan-cadangan laman web yang releven dengan topik-topik mengikut subjek-subjek yangdiajar. Walau bagaimanapun, cadangan laman web tidak terhad kepada matapelajaranBahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Sains dan Matematik sahaja malah ianya juga bolehdigunakan untuk matapelajaran yang lain.

Selain itu juga adalah diharapkan guru dapat merancang serta mempelbagaikanpengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam bilik darjah. Namun begitu guru-guru adalahdigalakkan agar mengeksplorasi lagi laman-laman web yang dirasakan lebih mencabardan menarik.

Isi Kandungan Panduan sumber Luaran ini disususn mengikut empat matapelajaran

utama iaitu Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Sains dan Matematik. Walau bagaimanapuntiada laman web yang dikhususkan mengikut tahap pembelajaran. Penggunaan adalahbergantung kepada kreativiti guru untuk memilih mana-mana yang bersesuaian.

Bagi setiap laman web yang dicadangkan, sinopsis disediakan untuk memudahkan gurumembuat pilihan mengikut kesesuaian topik.

Segala maklumat yang diperoleh daripada Panduan ini diharap dapat membantu paraguru khasnya guru-guru mata pelajaran yang berkenaan dalam membuat perancanganyang lebih tersusun, mempelbagaikan aktiviti dalam bilik darjah agar pengajaran danpembelajaran lebih kreatif serta menarik.
