This document outlines the functionality and on-line deliverables that constitute the online redemption process for participation in the Panasonic microwave promotion.
Scenario:User loads the redemption landing page as instructed by POS or associated material.
Primary option is to go to page to make a selection of tupperware.
Secondary options to review T&C’s, privacy, FAQs and to follow up on order.
On product page, user is presented with 4x promoted, primary choices (Quick Picks) OR link to browse other products.
Catalogue of other products divided into categories as per Tupperware Catalogue, presenting a page of thumbnails from which to choose. 30-40 items in addition to quick picks.
Product drill-down to include larger picture option, possibly individual record page.
User makes selection and completes form containing personal details
User presented with Thank You page, instructing them to print this page with the order details
Simultaneously, user sent email with order details and link to web page that will show the status of their order.
Fulfilment team generates reports and sorts via database access to back end.
Panasonic Call Centre has login to search for a registration and report on status - read only.
Panasonic receives spreadsheet reports issued weekly for registrations tracking and product ordering requirements.

Description in detail carried over several lines containing much more detail than the short thumbnail description, this is the full text as taken from the catalogue and goes into detail about the product beyond just the basic descriptionmodel number XXXXXXXX
Mouseover popup,
(out) When inspecting the thumbnail catalogue, the user has the option to ‘order’ or to follow a link for “...more”.
If they select more they get a bigger record of the product, containing a larger picture, and a more complete detailed description of the product.
v3 - remove “...more” link and on mouse over of thumbnail or text, larger imaged appears with name, description and model number at end, as small pop up, not page.

NOTE: Must define method of carrying variable if we use flash. Image map may be better alternative.
