Panama has a lot of diversity and rich dance and music.Many people don't know that. Panamanian culture was influenced by Africa, Colombia and the US

MusicPanama has many types of music. These are really cool and enjoyable. Is not as famous as others. These are the three main ones: TamboritoMejoranaTipico

Instruments

Bocona or Socavon:is a type of guitar that is smaller but not as thin.

Rebel: is a type of violin that plays soft cords.

Repicador:Is a type of drum with wedges and has a sonorous tone.

Mejorana:This music is singed by boys, this music is like a discussion (aplicados but with music).

Tamborito: This music is sing by a chorus of girls. Is mostly singed in carnivals.

I think music is important because they can express their feelings.

Dance

People from Panama dance in different ways but they are really interesting. I will like to know the dances because they are really difficult.

One dance move the girls do is to move their dress it like this .

Another is from the boys they tap really fast on the floor with a rhythm.

Tamborito dance

This dance use done with the Panamanian typical genre that is called Tamborito. The girls swing the edges of their dress wile the boys are swinging their hands.

El punto danceThis dance is done by a man and a woman that dance in circle and meet but do not touch each other and also tap their feet.

I think the dance is important like the music they express your feelings.
