MIXOLOGY

Delve into the world of fine hand-crafted cocktails for a full hour and a half of learning, sipping and crafting. Lead Quattro Mixolgist Adam Chick takes a hands-on approach at showing clients the fine art of mixology. Participants receive a seasonal syrup or another cocktail enhancement to continue practicing mixology at home.

FOODIE CHALLENGE

Guided by culinary experts, small teams are formed with the chance to earn points as they rotate through various stations that test their knowledge of ingredients and food history. End the Foodie Challenge with the Tools of the Trade Station and identify the name and use of obscure kitchen utensils. The winning team is declared the official “foodies.” Participants receive a customized apron and one-on-one time with Executive Chef Marco Fossati.

SCENT OF WINE

Join the Quattro team and head Sommelier Justin Wright for an exploration of the sense of smell. Learn to identify some of the 54 aromas most commonly present in wine, elevating your knowledge and enjoyment of both wine and food. Guests will learn about recurrent aromas found in local red and white wines and use those insights to pair with Executive Chef Marco Fossati’s “Cal-Ital” cuisine.

Think whisky is a man’s drink? Think again! Both curious beginners and passionate connoisseurs can deepen their understanding and appreciation as they are led through a whisky sample flight and taught about the origins of this popular spirit.

Quattro Restaurant offers a sophisticated yet playful fine dining experience. The spirit of innovation is enlivened as Executive Chef Marco Fossati transforms old recipes of tradition into a modern culinary contest, offering a dynamic relationship between food and place. This “Cal-Ital” cuisine pays homage to the blending of the old and the new world and highlights locally farmed ingredients at the height of their season. The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of your sales/catering contact, and should include your name along with the conference name and date. Deliveries will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival. Post-conference shipping After your meeting or conference, please coordinate with your sales/catering contact for return shipping of post-conference materials.

Receiving dock The receiving department or your sales/catering contact will also be happy to assist with special arrangements regarding the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Maintenance The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
