TheTreasurershallreceiveallmonies,anddepositsameinabankorbanksrecommendedandapprovedbytheCommittee.TheTreasurershallpayoutmoniesinpaymentofAssociation'sobligationsonlyonauthorityoftheCommittee.HeorshewillhavecustodyandkeepandmaintainrecordsoftheAssociation'sreceiptsanddisbursements,andshallannuallymakeoutadetailedaccountoftheincomeandexpenditureoftheAssociation'sfunds.TheCommitteetohavetheseaccountsaudited,astatementofthefundsmadeup,andareportpreparedoftheproceedingsoftheAssociationduringthepastyear.

14. TheCommitteebeempoweredatanyoftheordinarymeetingstocallaGeneralMeetingoftheAssociation,andtheSecretary,ontherequisitionofsixmembersoftheCommittee,tocallameetingoftheCommittee.

15. ThatbeforeanyGeneralMeetingoftheAssociationbeheld,apublicnoticeofatleast14daysbegiventotheMembersbyadvertisement.

16. PersonswillbecomemembersoftheAssociationonpaymentoftheannualsubscriptionassetbytheCommitteeatanAnnualGeneralMeeting.

19. NomemberinarrearsofhisorherannualsubscriptionshallbeallowedtocompeteforprizesortovoteortoactatmeetingsoftheAssociation.

20. AllcompetitorsshallpaytheentrancefeesdeterminedonbytheCommittee.21. Anycompetitorconvictedofwilfulmisrepresentationatenteringshallforfeitprizemoney

thatmayhavebeenawardedtohimorher,andheorsheshallnotbeallowedtocompeteatanyfuturecompetitionnorbeamemberoftheAssociationduringthepleasureoftheAssociation.

22. CommitteeMemberswishingtowithdrawfromtheAssociation,shallgivenoticeoftheirintentioninwritingtotheSecretarypriortotheAnnualGeneralMeeting,otherwisetheyshallbeheldtocontinuetheirmembershipfortheyear.

23. Terminationofmembership:Membershipshallbeterminatedinthefollowingway:If,foranyreasonwhatsoever,theCommitteeisoftheviewthataMemberisbreachingtheRulesoractinginamannerinconsistentwiththepurposesoftheSociety,theCommitteemaygivewrittennoticeofthistotheMember("theCommittee'sNotice").TheCommittee'sNoticemust:

i. ExplainhowtheMemberisbreachingtheRulesoractinginamannerinconsistentwiththepurposesoftheSociety;

ii. StatewhattheMembermustdoinordertoremedythesituation;orstatethattheMembermustwritetotheCommitteegivingreasonswhytheCommitteeshouldnotterminatetheMember'sMembership.

iii. Statethatif,within14daysoftheMemberreceivingtheCommittee'sNotice,theCommitteeisnotsatisfied,theCommitteemayinitsabsolutediscretionimmediatelyterminatetheMember'sMembership.

iv. StatethatiftheCommitteeterminatestheMember'sMembership,theMembermayappealtotheSociety.

24. ThattheCommittee,byresolutionattheAnnualGeneralMeeting,shallhavethepowertoactintheeventthattheAssociationrequirestoborrowmoney.

25. ThatmeetingsasrequiredoftheAssociation,shallbeheldregularlythroughouttheyearforthetransactionofgeneralbusiness.

Anypersonswho,intheopinionoftheGeneralCommitteeorStewards,shallhavebeenguiltyofanyinsultingorimproperconductordisobediencetowardsanyoftheStewards,membersofCommitteeoranyotherofficial,maybewarnedoffthegrounds,oranyotherplaceunderthecontroloftheSociety,andintheeventofsuchpersonnotcomplyingimmediatelywithsuchwarning,heorshemaybeforthwithejectedtherefrom,ormaybedealtwithastheStewardsorGeneralCommitteemaydirect.TheRAS"YellowCard"systemwillapply.

9. Whennotperforminginthering,horsestobewalkedordrivenatawalkingpacethroughthegrounds,exceptinthedesignatedexercisearea.

10. TheAssociationacceptsnoresponsibilityforaccidentstoexhibitorsinchargeofstockontheShowGrounds.

11. MarshalsshallhavechargeoftherespectivesectionsallottedtothemandshallgenerallysupervisetheworkoftheattendingMembers.

12. Stewardswillattendtothereception,classificationandplacingofallexhibits,andtoallmattersinconnectiontherewith.TheywillwaitupontheJudges,finishthemwithprizecards,andribbons,andaffordallinformationandattentionnecessarytothedischargeoftheirduties,andseethatthereisnointerferenceonthepartofthepublicorexhibitorswiththeJudgesintheexecutionoftheirwork.Theywillalsoseethattheprizecardsorribbonsareproperlyaffixedtotheexhibits,andstudythecomfortandconvenienceofbothexhibitorsandthepublic,andforinstructionsshallrefertotheMarshalinchargeoftheirsections.

13. ThesupervisorshallarrangethattheShowandjudgingofallsectionsshallstartatthepre-arrangedtime,andgenerallyassisttheMarshalsintheperformanceoftheirduties.

14. Allapplicationsforopensellingrightsandexhibitsofalikenaturemustgivefulldescriptionofexhibitattimeofapplication.

15. AnycommendableExtraStocktoreceivehonourablemention.16. Noexhibitstoberemovedfromthegroundbefore4pmunlesswiththeconsentofthree

oftheCommittee.Ifanyexhibitordoesso,prizemoneywillbeforfeited.Thisruledoesnotapplytohorses.

22. AllprotestsmustbelodgedinwritingwiththeSecretary,accompaniedwithadepositof$20dollars,non-refundable,before6pmonthedayoftheShow,suchprotesttobeconsideredwithinoneweekbytheManagementCommittee,thatdecisionwillbefinal.

23. AnypersoninfringingtheRegulationsoftheAssociationwithregardtoentrieswillbeliabletoaPenaltynotexceedingfiftydollars($50.00)Theattentionofexhibitorsisparticularlydirectedtotheforegoingprovisions,whichwillbestrictlyenforced.

24. AllprizemoneymustbeclaimedwithinsevenworkingdaysafterthedateoftheShow,oritwillreverttothefundsoftheAssociation.
