PALM BEACHCHICPalm Beach was established as a resort by Henry Flagler in

the early 1900’s and quickly became the winter play ground for the rich and famous.

Nestled between the clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and wildlife filled waters of the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, Palm Beach still attracts the affluent and well-heeled.

The “Palm Beach Lifestyle,” features world class shopping and dining, polo, golf, tennis, yachting, deep sea fishing, cultural events, and fabulous parties and events throughout the “Season.” All of this is set in a luxurious seaside enclave along white, sandy beaches and palm tree lined streets punctuated by brightly colored flowing hibiscus trees and classic Mizner architecture.

The epitome of Palm Beach fashion was established by the iconic Lilly Pulitzer with her eye-popping prints. The fashions scene of the leisure class changed forever to include colorful sleeveless dresses worn with nothing more than a pair of flat sandals and some pearls.

Putting on a Lilly dress or skirt was like wearing your commitment to the good life, one filled with happy afternoons with children at the beach and cocktails on the terrace of the country club by night. It was more than just fashion – it was a lifestyle. This same attitude was adopted in home lifestyle as seen in this look book as our tribute to Palm Beach.
