We will pay more attention to the various aspects surrounding both migratory processes and

the life of the people from different countries in the

communities where they arrived and where multicultural

societies are being established.

The Observatory will work with positive psychosocial issues such as resilience, positive adaptation to the

environment, the adoption of new customs and the way they combine

those from the migrants’ own culture…

CONCLUSIONWith the objectives and actions planned, we

consider that we can cover an area of migration which has not been worked on

until now, as the migration process is mostly analysed from a negative point of

view.
