A contribution-based loan. Also known as Salary Loan. Created to provide financial assistance to Pag-IBIG member-victims in calamity-stricken areas, as declared by the Office of the President or the Sangguniang Bayan.MULTI-PURPOSE LOANCALAMITY LOAN

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have made at least 24 monthly membership contributions Must be an active / contributing member upon loan application and commits to continuously remit contributions at least for the term of the loan. (with 5 months contribution for the past 6 months) Must have no existing Pag-IBIG Housing Loan in arrears at the time of loan application For calamity loan, member must be a resident or has a property in the area declared calamity- stricken.

Individual Home Financing Program25RDD 3/17/2010Guidelines Implementing the Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Membership ProgramHDMF CIRCULAR NO. 276To give Pag-IBIG I members, whose gross monthly income exceeds P5,OOO, another savings option that would provide them with a yield higher than those given under existing membership with the Fund. Objectives The member may contribute a minimum of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) per month. MP2 PROGRAM A member shall be entitled to a flexible dividend rates, provided that the said rate shall be higher than that of Pag-IBIG I. The member under the Modified Pag-IBIG II shall be entitled to receive his Total Accumulated Value (TAV) under this program at the end of the Five (5) year membership term. The MP2 Program shall be solely a savings scheme. Thus, members under the program shall not be entitled to avail of any of the Funds lending programs unless he is also an active member under the Pag-IBIG I and satisfies the eligibility criteria set by the Fund.Other Provisions MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS5 YEARS10 YEARS
