    1. Linerless PS labelBoth major PS filmstock manufacturers are working on

    Liner-less PS which is reportedly 2-3 years away.

    The technology is based on pre-applied non-tacky

    adhesive to be activated at the time of application.

    2. Organic Electronic Printing

    The technology under development- will allow to print electronic

    features (e.g. display, messaging) into the label.
