Our packages can be tailored with the help of our interior designers to meet your individual requirements and are available on an outright purchase and rental basis. Outright purchase packages have been developed to suit the expectations of lettings markets, while rental packages are designed to give a property maximum buyer appeal to help realise its sales potential or help create a short to medium-term home for those relocating for business.

Our service
Designed and developed for your property
Our partnership approach can begin with a survey of your property to assess your requirements, if needed. We talk to you about your needs and tailor our service to your property – drawing on the creative flair of our expert interior designers, the guidance of our expert project co-ordinators and the 4,000 items in our furniture and accessories ranges.
Once you are happy with your furniture package we develop a detailed room layout for your individual property. You don’t have to think about how to get larger items of furniture through entrances and corridors. We make sure every item in the furniture package will fit into your property, and we know its exact place.
As the UK’s leading provider of furniture packages, we have the logistics capability to deliver, assemble and install to precise and exacting timeframes. We can help you ensure that void periods are kept to a minimum, liaising with agents and concierges on handover dates for newly bought or built properties where needed.
Delivered, installed and ready for property
You don’t need to wait in the property for our package on delivery day – or carry and unpack any boxes. We will liaise with your agent and concierge on parking arrangements for our deliveries, collect and return your property keys, and put everything in its position.
The whole installation process takes just three days.
On day one, our expert service team delivers your package, assembling the furniture and removing packaging for responsible disposal and recycling. Our expert team makes sure that everything is in good working order and requests any last-minute changes or replacements.
The second day allows us to secure any last-minute items from our storage and distribution centre and suppliers.
On the final day the property is dressed. We ensure that any of the supplementary items that you have purchased from us are in place. Our white glove installation service means we pay attention to all the personal finishing touches, including ironing the bed linens and making beds, hanging pictures and mirrors, and dressing with accessories.
We leave your property ready for viewing and fully prepared to attract the best tenants.

Tailored to your property
We have the in-house design expertise to bring unique features to any home, whether your property is a one-off or part of a multi-unit development. Our tailored packages provide freedom while offering all the benefits of our standard packages, including expert delivery, assembly and installation.
The tailored approach includes an initial site survey and ongoing contact to match the special package to your personal aspirations. As a result, we may take a week or two longer to put your package together.
Packages to rentOur Essential, Definitive and Prime Collections are also available to rent, alongside a more tailored approach. Packages include furniture for living and dining areas and bedrooms, while our range of additional accessories can provide other essentials including towels.

Creating a home away from home
Rental packages can meet a short to medium-term need for those seeking to furnish a home when relocating for business or other purposes. When renting for relocation, we can usually provide quotations for packages within 24 hours, with assembly and installation typically complete within 72 hours from order confirmation.
Our rental packages are so popular that the majority of our customers go on to purchase some or all of the scheme.
Giving a home the right look can also be key to securing the best sale in the quickest timeframe. David Phillips offers the UK’s most extensive home staging service to bring an unfurnished or poorly furnished home to life, adding the right furnishings and accessories to maximise market appeal and aid a transaction.

Replenishment service
Maintaining your investment
Once your property is up and running, you need to keep it well maintained to protect your investment. But repairing or replacing an item like a broken washing machine can be time consuming.
We can help with that. Our replenishment service gives you the security of knowing that your property’s contents are being maintained over the long term, saving you time and effort.
When you want to add or replace something – like a mattress at a change of tenancy – our replenishment service can draw on an extensive range of furniture, accessories and appliances.
We hold over 1,000 items in stock for immediate despatch - place an order before 4pm and we will deliver the items to your property the next working day, and our expert team will assemble, install and commission them to ensure everything is in working order. There is no need for you to be at the property to receive the delivery - we’ll even collect and return the keys from you or your designated key-holder.
Window treatments
A wide choice of curtains and blinds
We can supply, install and fit a wide selection of custom-made window treatments to match your specifications, including blinds, curtains and voiles as well as tracks and poles. Our comprehensive service extends from measuring your windows to collecting your property keys and then delivering and installing your chosen window treatments. Some of our curtains and blinds are made in-house at our facilities in Manchester and London, so we can work to short timeframes where needed.
Our made to measure curtains can be produced in many different fabrics and finishes and include a choice of heading, interlining, and blackout lining options, along with a wide choice of tracks and poles. As well as conventional roller blinds we can offer a range of styles including, blackout, jacquard, panel, Roman, Venetian, vertical and perfect fit.
