Quality manual for bottled drinking water will be hundreds of pages. Source of water is very important and has to be tested if it is worth for drinking purpose and bottling operation. All parameters for drinking water quality has to be tested. Normally all bottled water manufacturers don’t have facility to test all parameters .Hence some mandatory tests as per regulatory requirements for that country are tested and all other parameters are tested from outside approved lab. Important of all is that source of water used should be of drinking water quality as per the regulatory requirements of the country. Quality control like physical, chemical, instrumental & microbiological standards for raw water and product water can be done as per AOAC,APHA,ISO etc and documented to form Quality manual. Hello Mr nagi,
Quality manual for bottled drinking water will be hundreds of pages. It cannot be posted in this forum. However some guideline ,specification and templates can be attached here and you can make your own quality manual.

These tests require sophisticated instruments like atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS),Spectrophotometer, and sophisticated microbiological lab.
