A completely fresh take on the lightweight 4in category. Instead of the usual superlight-super vulnerable design, the 204 uses a tough Real World Scandium tubeset that’s light enough when you want to race it, but strong enough to hammer down a rocky Lakeland gully. Aggressive geometry when you need to attack- but not steep and short so you can confidently get on the gas. A New custom valved DT M210 shock controls the 204’s unique Freefloater Suspension combining maximum traction for technical climbs with suppleness and comfort for those long tiring days on the hill. RC312 Racing Disc Brake Fluid - SKF-GRS One of the best kept secrets in the industry. This miracle fluid is often better than fitting a new set of brakes! Simply use it to flush through and replace your tired fluid for an instant and massive increase in performance. RC312 works by increas-ing the temperature at which fluid will boil and absorb moisture (the killer of brake fluid). So no more fading, pumping up or mushy feel. Even after the longest hottest descent. Suitable for all Dot 4 and 5 systems but not Shimano or Magura.

RC005 Carbon Composite Shield Another high tech product from Pace. Not a grease or lube but a compound filled with tiny polymer balls. These grip onto your slipping carbon seatpost or handlebars even when you tighten up clamps using 30% less force. So Carbon surface is less vulnerable to damage and won’t slip, squeak or move.

Specification 80g, 100% fully synthetic. 30% reduction in clamping torque.

RC10 Racing Chainlube At Pace we pride ourselves in developing ‘Real World’ products that will perform in our tough UK environment- which is why we offer the highest performance chainlube. RC10 wet penetrates, protects and sheds water in winter. RC10 Dry is the ultimate lube for dusty summer road or offroad application and works great in grit or sandy condi-tions as well. Carbon Armour Protection - A4 Sheet

Large sheet of Carbon Armour to allow custom cutting to desired shape and size for protection in high wear and vulnerable areas.

Made from genuine carbon fibre composites for total protection against impact, abrasion and wear damage. With radically improved adhesive and flexibility.

Application; Clean frame locally with Acetone/Alcohol (test first on small area). Warm Carbon Armour with hair dryer until flexible. Apply- burnish down firmly.

Pre-cut Chainstay shaped guard to prevent noisey chainslap and damage. Particularly suitable for straight chainstays (road or steel frames).

RC80BB

RC80BB A BB for life? Certainly designed for life in the UK. With a unique rotary seal fitted into the face of the precision cnc machined outer cup and twin internal O-Ring seals the RC80 keeps the trail out- and life giving grease in. And fitted with replaceable full compliment bearings easily greased in-situ with the unique Pace BB Lube Tool (sold-separately).

RC7 All-Purpose Bike Grease Available from Pace for nearly 20 years- RC7 is still the best and standard equipment in most Pro-Workshops. Fully synthetic and waterproof- suitable for forks, hubs and Pace BB and Frame Lube.

Grease Gun Pace frame and BB lube maintenance made easy. With a couple of strokes our handy sized gun lubes up bearings ready for the next ride.

BB Lube Tool Pop out the crank and plug in the Lube Tool which cleverly seals off the BB internally before delivering the bearing lube from behind- pushing contaminated grease and dirt out- not in. Use regularly and your BB will run smooth and sweet for years. (fits Pace BB only-lube and gun available separately) Frame Bearing Tool Kit. Avoid the time and costly replacement of linkage bearings. Simply unscrew each bearing retaining screw and shield- hold the tool against the bearing and pump in life giving fresh grease. No need to disassemble the bike. Three tools in each kit (suitable for Pace RC204, 405, 506 only-lube and gun available separately)
