when they are required to remain on call. Employees rostered to be
on call are to have one (1) day added to their annual leave for
each statutory holiday on which they are required to remain on
call. Only paid if employee is not provided with transport or are
paid an allowance under IRM 2.1-22 Allowances - Motor Vehicle
Clause 8.1 District Health Service Employees Award State. On Site
Allowance shall be paid an allowance at the rate of $?? per week.
Such allowance shall form part of the weekly wage in the
calculation of overtime payments, annual leave pay, and public
