• Train a child up in the ways he should go (Proverb 22:6)
• To whom much is given, much is expected (Luke 12:48). Therefore all students should be treated fairly, but not necessarily equally. If your child has special needs, please let me know now.
• Self esteem is built by being skillful, appreciated, and responsible.

• Behavior stems from needs, survival, belonging, recognition, power self actualization.
• Recognize and regret hurting oneself or another
• Choose a positive way to get needs met
• Choose good actions because of how you define yourself, not for fear of punishment or rewards.
Everyone has the basic needs for survival, belonging,Recognition, power and reaching his/her potential. We choose to meet these needsin ways that can either help or hurt others and ourselves.
